Applicants cannot apply for departments or units whose relatives should avoid. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and have been expelled from public office, those who were found cheating in the examination by the competent department of civil servants in 2005-2007, former civil servants who have been expelled for less than five years, active servicemen, non-fresh graduates of full-time ordinary colleges and universities, and those who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants according to the law cannot apply for the examination. Township organs (excluding organs) in our province have worked for five years (including probation period) and above, and civil servants (including Selected Graduates, who work in township organs for social recruitment) can apply for civil servant positions in organs at or above the county level, and other people who already have civil servant status cannot apply for it.
The conditions for applying for the procuratorate, the court system and the provincial vertical management department shall be implemented in accordance with the qualifications stipulated by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Personnel Department and the provincial competent department.
Second, registration.

2. Online preliminary examination. The Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Personnel Bureau shall, jointly with the employing department, organize a special person to be responsible for the preliminary examination, check the online registration of various departments during the registration period (holidays are not closed), conduct the preliminary examination of the applicants' qualifications the day before according to the information submitted by the applicants, and publish the preliminary examination results online; If the applicant's information is not processed within 2 working days (excluding the day of registration), it will be deemed to have passed the preliminary examination.
3. Pay online. After submitting the application information online, applicants can log on to Binzhou Personnel Examination Information Network the next day and check the preliminary examination results of registration qualifications before the deadline. Applicants who have passed the preliminary qualification examination will pay online, and those who fail to go through the online payment procedures within the time limit will be deemed to have given up. After the payment is successful, download and print Binzhou Civil Servant Employment Registration Form and Civil Servant Integrity Commitment Letter (used during the interview), and log on to the website on March1August-22, 2008 to download and print the admission ticket.
The examination fee standard is: 40 yuan for each person and 80 yuan for each subject.
Those who apply for general management positions are not subject to professional restrictions; Applicants for professional positions must have corresponding professional conditions. For the recruitment department or position with the final number of applicants less than 3 times the planned number of employees, if it plans to hire L people, the employment plan will be cancelled in principle; If more than 2 people are planned to be employed, the employment plan shall be correspondingly reduced according to the ratio of 1:3.
Poor rural college students and urban residents who intend to enjoy the exemption and reduction of relevant examination fees do not need to pay online fees, but entrust applicants or others to go through the on-site confirmation formalities in Room 729 of the municipal government building from March 6 to March 10 (8: 30 am-7: 00 pm100). The scores of qualified civil servants' written tests are determined by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Personnel Bureau. Candidates who have achieved the written test results will be determined to enter the interviewer list from high score to low score according to the employment plan and the positions they apply for. The number of interviewees is determined according to the following ratio: if the recruitment plan for the same position is insufficient 10, the ratio is1:3; If there are more than 10 (inclusive), the ratio is 1:2 (including employment plan 10- 13, and the number of interviewees is determined to be 28). The "three supports and one support" college students recruited by our province, graduates who participated in the western volunteer service plan for college students and transferred to rural areas, entered the civil service examination within two or three years, with a written test score of 4 points and a written test score of 8 points for civil servants in township organs (excluding office work). 2. Qualification examination
The qualification examination of applicants should run through the whole process of the examination. The interview results will be announced to the candidates after the interview. After the interview, according to the proportion of written test scores and interview scores accounting for 50% respectively, the total test scores of applicants are calculated by using the percentage system. According to the total score of the examination, according to the employment department or position, from high score to low score, the proportion of not less than 65438+ 0.2 times the planned number of employees is determined. After the personnel who enter the scope of investigation and physical examination are determined, according to the relevant regulations on the employment of civil servants, the applicants will be investigated and physically examined according to the number of planned employees from high to low. If the total test scores of candidates in the employing department and 1 post are the same, the candidates for inspection and physical examination shall be determined according to the written test scores from high to low. Those who pass the inspection and physical examination will not be inspected or physically examined by other personnel who enter the scope of inspection and physical examination. 4. Physical examination and examination. Candidates selected for the senior high school entrance examination in Selected Graduates shall be examined by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee in accordance with relevant regulations.
5. Employment. The Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee determines the candidates to be employed from the qualified personnel in physical examination and inspection, and handles the work transfer procedures. The probationary period of the admitted personnel is half a year, and they can be formally appointed after the probationary period expires; Unqualified, still back to the original unit work.
Matters not covered by the Selected Graduates senior high school entrance examination staff will be notified separately by the organization department of the municipal party committee.
Seven, the examination position
