2. Upper abdominal mass: For adults over 30 years old, masses can be palpated in the upper right abdomen and upper abdomen, with hard texture and uneven surface. After continuous observation, the increasing trend is obvious, but the patient has no obvious discomfort, and liver cancer should be suspected.
3. emaciation: due to impaired liver function, decreased digestion and absorption function, patients have unexplained emaciation, which is also a common liver in the middle and late stages of liver cancer. It may be due to the biochemical metabolic changes caused by tumor metabolites, which may lead to decreased food intake and cachexia in severe cases.
4. Fever: Some patients with liver cancer will have unexplained fever, generally around 37.5℃ ~ 38℃, occasionally above 39℃, showing irregular heat type, and most of them have no chills. Afternoon fever is more common, and sometimes loose heat can be seen.
5. Gastrointestinal symptoms: Symptoms are often loss of appetite, fullness in the upper abdomen after meals, and even nausea, vomiting or diarrhea, especially diarrhea, which is easily mistaken for enteritis and ignored.
6. Bleeding: Patients with liver cancer often have bleeding tendency such as gingival bleeding and subcutaneous ecchymosis.
