3. Organization and record of the meeting. Responsible for organizing meetings in the light rail transit system, including pre-meeting preparation, meeting minutes and post-meeting finishing.
4. Inter-departmental coordination. Responsible for coordinating the work between different departments, ensuring smooth communication between them and completing the task of light rail transit system.
5. Passenger consultation and service. Responsible for answering passengers' inquiries and complaints, providing quality customer service and improving passengers' satisfaction.
6. Administrative affairs. Responsible for handling administrative affairs in the light rail system, such as employee attendance and office supplies procurement.
