2. Assist in statistical summary. Through its "filter" function, data can be filtered and summarized according to conditions. If you want to check whether there are enough witness batches of rebar connection test reports, just select "Witness" in the screening criteria, and e_cel will list all witness test reports. Divide the number of witness test reports by the total number of reports to get the witness percentage of steel bar connection test. Or to evaluate the strength of c40 concrete in the project, as long as "c40" is selected in the screening conditions, all c40 test reports will be listed one by one, including the report data such as molding date, construction site and strength.
3. Intelligent error correction function. In e_cel, you can limit the value range of data in cells, and a prompt dialog box will pop up when it exceeds the range. For example, the qualified value of the test result of "the yield ratio σs is the real σs standard" in the original steel bar test report should be ≤ 1.3. After setting in e_cel, when the value "1.3" is entered, a prompt of "Unqualified" will pop up, which can avoid input errors or help to find unqualified materials.

During the construction process, several new projects and projects under construction have made many changes to the insulation, doors and windows projects according to Party A's requirements. Because the design drawings are inconsistent with the structure, temporary changes by Party A are inevitable, and the information changes before construction are timely and accurate. For projects under construction and newly built, the progress is made according to the image of the project. In this situation, how to do a good job in compiling data to ensure the quality of engineering construction, not only to satisfy Party A and the supervisor, but also to win glory for the company, and at the same time to ensure the supply of materials, this problem is in front of me. In view of this situation, we should arrange our work reasonably, prioritize, grasp the key points and give consideration to others.
The first is to edit the data of the project, and at the same time, read a lot of specifications and technological procedures.
