Which town do you think is the most prosperous in Dongguan?

I have been in Dongguan for more than ten years and have traveled all the towns in Dongguan. In terms of prosperity, there are basically three poles. The first pole is the most prosperous area: Dongguan City (Dongcheng, Cheng Nan and John Wan), Chang 'an and Humen. The second prosperous areas are Houjie, Tangxia, Fenggang, Changping, Shilong, Liaobu, Huangjiang, Da Lang, Shijie, Zhangmutou and Qingxi. Underdeveloped roof areas in the world: Gaochun, Dalingshan, Shipai, Hengli, Dongkeng, Chashan, Xiegang, Qiaotou, Shatian, Wangniudun, Hongmei, Daojiao, Machong and nave.

First of all, I am a Hunan native, a fan of high-rise buildings in Dongguan, and a long-term follower of urban construction in Dongguan. I stayed in Dongguan 16 and stayed in Shenzhen and Guangzhou for several years. I know a lot about the development of Dongguan and the business level of Zhenjie. Typing is really slow. Let's start with the five prosperous towns in Dongguan. Here I only talk about the town, not about Chengnan in Dongcheng and several street offices in Songshan Lake Ecological Park Management Area, because they have their own high-grade attributes.

The premise is prosperity, which generally refers to the prosperity of business, the construction of cities, the concentration of population, and the comprehensive reference to their own industrial economic level! Think about it. First, I vote for Humen. Once the first town in China, the business was stronger than Chang 'an, the business population was the most mobile, and Humen Tobacco had the top historical background, and its reputation was well deserved. Second, give it to Chang 'an. Chang 'an ranks first in economy, but it is still slightly inferior to Humen in business. Prosperity depends first and foremost on business. I don't need much space to talk about this. The third one is for Changping. Actually, I'm still struggling with who should be second in Chang 'an and Changping. Chang 'an is invincible in economy, but after reading the commercial level of the two towns, I think it is still evenly matched. Changping's shopping index is extremely high, and most of the town is occupied by residential hotels and commercial streets. It is one of the few towns in Dongguan where the proportion of tertiary industry is higher than that of industry. There are high-star hotels everywhere, and many foreigners come to Dongguan as their first stop. The advantages of Guangzhou-Kowloon Line and Beijing-Kowloon Line are obvious. Many players from Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hong Kong come to Changping, but after comprehensive consideration, Changping is still placed in the third place, which is estimated to be in line with most views! The fourth is Houjie, which has a hotel industry almost equal to changping town. However, Houjie is next to Humen Wannaiqi, and the consumption selectivity is much more. Unlike Changping, he is the boss! Radiated to several towns, the flow of foreigners in Changping is much larger than that in Houjie, among which Hong Kong people exceed 65,438+10,000. That's all, Houjie is behind Changping without complaint! The fifth is Tangxia, the southeast core. Although there are not many businesses that Tangxia can go to, no one will compete with him for the fifth place in terms of overall urban level, economic level and super-large population!

Let's talk about Shilong again. In fact, in terms of commercial prosperity, Tangxia is still not as good as Shilong. After visiting two places, you will know that Shilong is too small and its economic level has reached a bottleneck. But Shilong's shopping index is very high, which can attract people from several towns in Huizhou. With riverside scenery, it is really a good town!

Finally, I want to mention Dalang in particular. He definitely has the potential of a super dark horse! There is Songshan Lake nearby. Look at the development of Da Lang now, and everything will be full of hope! Don't be surprised to enter the top three prosperity levels in the future!

The above is my humble opinion, welcome to clap bricks!

The prosperity of a town can be reflected by its GDP. Judging from the GDP of towns in Dongguan in 2020, the most prosperous town in Dongguan is Chang 'an Town.

In 2020, the GDP of Dongguan will reach 96501900 million yuan, an increase of 1. 1% over the previous year. Judging from the ranking of economic strength of towns and streets in Dongguan in 2020, the GDP of Chang 'an Town exceeded 80 billion for the first time, reaching 8065438+95 million yuan! Become the only town in the city that broke 80 billion yuan and won the first place!

The second place is Humen Town, with a GDP of 64.456 billion yuan, a difference of 65.438+05.739 billion yuan from Chang 'an.

As the most powerful streets in the urban area, Chengnan and Dongcheng Street have a GDP of over 60 billion, ranking third and fourth in the city respectively, with 62.450 billion yuan and 60.064 billion yuan respectively.

More than 50 billion is Tangxia Town, with a GDP of 50.267 billion, ranking fifth.

Comparing the ranking of 20 18 and 20 19 China Top 100 Towns, it is found that Chang 'an Town ranks sixth, followed by Humen Town, ranking seventh; In other words, from 20 18, Chang' an town began to surpass Humen town, and it will be so again in 2020.

Seeing this ranking, we may find it a little difficult to understand. Humen is a famous historical town at home and abroad. Won the title of "No.1 in the comprehensive development level of small towns in China in 2005 1000 (No.1)" and "Top 500 in the comprehensive strength of towns in China in 2008 (No.1)", and the fiscal and tax revenue ranked first in the cities and towns in China for many years. Why was it surpassed by Changan in recent two years?

Let's get to know Humen Town first.

Humen Town is located in the southwest of Dongguan, on the east bank of the Pearl River Estuary, 26 kilometers away from Guancheng, where the municipal government is located. Humen Town covers an area of 178.5 square kilometers, governs 30 communities and has a permanent population of 639,400.

Humen Town has five rail transit lines (Beijing-Hong Kong High-speed Railway, Guangzhou-Dongguan-Shenzhen Intercity Railway, Dongguan Rail Transit Line 2, Shenmao Section of Coastal High-speed Railway, and China-Hulu-Longcheng Railway), with a total of nine stations.

Humen Town has five expressways (Guangzhou-Shenzhen, Guangzhou-Shenzhen Riverside, Wan Chao, Guanfo, and Humen Bridge of Shenmao High-speed Railway) passing by, with six entrances and exits.

In Humen Town, it takes 90 minutes to reach the five airports in the Pearl River Delta, 60 minutes to reach the main ports in the Pearl River Delta, and 60 minutes to reach Hong Kong and Macao through the Hong Kong and Macao Passenger Terminal.

Humen Town has successively won many national and provincial honorary titles 100, such as National Key Town, National Demonstration Zone of Famous Brand Creation of Clothing (Casual Wear), National Demonstration Base of Electronic Commerce and National Electronic Information Industry Base.

In addition, Humen Town is rich in tourism resources, such as Humen Bridge, opium war museum (a national cultural relics protection unit), Humen Fort, Jiang Guangnai's former residence, Beiqiu in Cuntou Village (a provincial cultural relics protection unit) and Zhengyang Tomb (a municipal cultural relics protection unit), all of which are famous places of interest and attract countless tourists from home and abroad every year.

Therefore, the advantages of Humen Town are obvious.

What about Chang 'an Town?

Chang 'an Town is located at the southern tip of Dongguan, bordering Shenzhen Special Economic Zone in the east, the Pearl River Estuary in the south, Humen Port and marina bay New District in the west, and G 107 National Highway, S358 Provincial Highway, Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway, Shanghai-Hong Kong Expressway and Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway run through the town.

55km from Shenzhen, 90km from Guangzhou and 30km from Dongguan. It is the south gate of Guangzhou, Dongguan and Shenzhen.

Chang 'an Town covers an area of 98 square kilometers, governs 13 communities, and has a permanent population of 662,000, including 48,000 registered residents. More than 30,000 Hong Kong compatriots.

In contrast, Humen Town has greater advantages in area and transportation, so how did Chang 'an surpass and counterattack Humen?

First of all, the development of Chang 'an Town benefited from the great help of BBK enterprises (OPPO, vivo). Chang 'an Town supports smartphone companies OPPO and vivo to take root and thrive through advanced planning, correct guidance and in-depth cultivation.

In 20 16, a billion-dollar enterprise, BBK (OPPO, vivo), was born in Chang 'an. BBK is a legendary enterprise growing up in Chang 'an and a big taxpayer in Chang 'an.

According to the "report card" issued by the international investigation agency GFK, the total sales volume of OPPO and vivo in 20 17 years is close to1500,000 units, which is equivalent to 14 times the domestic sales volume of Samsung mobile phones and 3 times that of Apple mobile phones.

According to the data released by the third-party data organization IDC, in 20 18, the global shipment of OPPO smartphones was1.1300 million units, ranking fifth in the world.

In 20 17, Chang' an Town set a new record: the total tax revenue, the number of market players, the net income of villages and groups, the amount of patent applications granted, the industrial added value, the total import and export volume, the high number and the innovation-driven development assessment all ranked first in Dongguan.

20 19 BBK is a powerful driving force for Chang 'an's economic development. Among them, the research and development office headquarters of vivo new industrial park was officially put into use; OPPO changan R&D center started construction in July, with an estimated investment of 2.2 billion yuan.

Second, driven by the radiation of OPPO and vivo, the upstream and downstream industries of smart phones in the town have flourished with complete categories, and the development of related industries such as production, sales and maintenance of mobile phones and accessories has been activated.

There are more than 65,438+households in the town, including more than 50,000 enterprises, ranking first in Dongguan.

There are more than 1 1,000 upstream and downstream supporting enterprises of smart phones in the town, including more than 350 high-tech enterprises and more than 60 electronic information enterprises, which have promoted the growth of a large number of supporting enterprises such as Hua Mao, Jierong and Longguang, and more than 200,000 employees are engaged in the production, sales and maintenance of smart phones in the town.

In other words, Chang 'an Town catered to the development of the world smart phone industry by cultivating the smart terminal industry, and a billion-dollar mobile phone giant was born. Mobile phone giants form a supporting industrial chain of mobile phones, which drives the all-round economic development;

Therefore, it is not surprising that Chang 'an Town surpassed Humen Town.

If we only rank by the GDP of towns and villages in Dongguan, Chang 'an Town is now the first brother in Dongguan.

However, Dongguan is facing great development opportunities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. After making every effort to build "Bay Area City and Quality Dongguan", the economic development of Dongguan towns will be improved.

The future development of Dongguan's towns is anybody's guess. Chang 'an Town will have more opportunities by virtue of its proximity to Shenzhen. Chang 'an Town or Humen Town will be the most prosperous town in the future. Let time reveal the answer for us.

By 2020, I think Chang 'an Town, Humen Town and changping town are the most prosperous.

Chang 'an Town is located at the southern tip of Dongguan, bordering Shenzhen in the east, the Pearl River Estuary in the south and Humen in the west. It is also greatly influenced by the Shenzhen economy. It is the south gate of Guangzhou, Dongguan and Shenzhen, and also the famous electronic city in Dongguan. There are many people working here and the population is dense. Chang 'an Country Park has tourist attractions such as Lotus Hill and Chang 'an Park.

Humen Town, located in the southwest of Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, on the east bank of the Pearl River Estuary, is an important commodity distribution center in the Pearl River Delta region. It has a prosperous Yellow River Fashion City, Oriental Times Square, Humen International Shopping Center and Rong Da Commercial Center, with a long history and rich tourism resources. Famous tourist attractions include Weiyuanbao, opium war museum and Naval War Museum.

Changping town is located in the east of Dongguan, in the middle of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Economic Corridor, and is the economic center of the east of Dongguan. Because of its prosperous commerce and trade, it is also the commercial center of eastern Dongguan. There are 65 large shopping malls with an area of more than 500 square meters, and the town center has a core business district of 1 square kilometer. At the same time, Changping is a strong industrial town with developed industries such as logistics and electronic information.

Yantian Village, Fenggang Town, Dongguan, I deeply miss this place. This place is half my hometown, right?

Since the exposure of the Yellow River incident in Dongguan, the surrounding towns and villages are deserted, which has a great influence on Dongguan. 10 years ago, there was a serious shortage of renting houses, and now the old houses are left unattended. At present, the economic strength of Humen Town Chang 'an Town is leading, especially Chang 'an Town, which has played a leading role. Most of the world's top 500 enterprises have settled in, bringing rich tax economic support to Dongguan. In the first ten years, most of the twelve towns in Dongguan developed rapidly with their own characteristics. Humen Garment Industry, Chang 'an Mould Industry, Houjie Furniture Industry, Shilong Commercial Wholesale Center and the former Four Little Dragons Shilong Humen are on the list.

Speaking of Dongguan, you may be familiar with it. But people don't know that it comes from here. It is the famous Humen that destroys opium.

Humen Town, one of the three major towns in Dongguan, is the most important commodity distribution center in the Pearl River Delta with prosperous economy and developed industry and commerce. This is a famous historical city, with opium war museum, Naval Museum, Weiyuan Fort, Shajiao Fort and other places of interest.

Humen Town is also one of the top 100 towns in China. As far as GDP is concerned, the GDP in 20 15 years will reach more than 40 billion, which is enough to scare off many small and medium-sized cities.

I just arrived in Chang 'an, Dongguan recently, and I feel that the level of prosperity is not even comparable to that of ten years ago. There are many cars parked in the street, but people feel so few. The local factory is hiring, but it can't. The root cause is low wages and long overtime hours. As far as I know, the basic salary of Wenzhou factory in Zhejiang Province is 3,000, but it is still 1,500 to 1,900 here. The accommodation conditions of factories in Zhejiang are better than here, and the public security in Dongguan is much better.

The factories in Zhejiang are basically full within one month after the end of the year. It should be that many migrant workers have gone to Jiangsu and Zhejiang, so the glory of Dongguan has become a thing of the past.

Humen Town in Dongguan is the most prosperous. There are ports and clothing wholesale markets. There is a clothing festival.
