Verified by the Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau:
1 Line 3 is one of the declared lines of the second phase construction planning of rail transit in our city. Line station setting needs to be compared and demonstrated with the latest passenger demand deepening analysis, traffic operation safety, project implementation risk, project cost and other factors. At present, we are actively organizing design consulting units to conduct further scientific research on the laying of Line 3 along Jinyang Street or Nanzhong Street.
2. If the line is adjusted, the main structure of Jinyang Street Station of Line 3 will continue to be completed, and it will be used for other purposes after completion, so as to reduce the project investment of Line 3 according to the actual situation.
3. If the line is adjusted, the transfer scheme will be designed and studied in the later stage of construction planning and feasibility study.
4. The construction of rail transit itself is to promote the rational layout of the city and effectively alleviate the traffic congestion in the main traffic corridors of the city. During the construction period, a targeted regional traffic relief plan will be formulated, the traffic capacity of municipal elevated expressway will be reserved, and the auxiliary road traffic will be guided to avoid the construction section as much as possible, effectively reducing the traffic flow and alleviating the congestion during peak hours.
5. It is one of the important principles of subway design and construction to build a subway under the viaduct without affecting the normal use of the viaduct. There are many domestic cases and mature technology.
