On a sunny day, my parents took me to visit West Lake Park. The scenery there is beautiful, with green grass and flowers. Grandfathers stood up straight, tall and green, slowly shaking their strong arms and making rustling sounds, as if they were singing happily. It's really good. I am like a happy deer, playing on the grass and listening to the birds singing in the forest.
People are intoxicated with this picturesque beauty, but it doesn't last long. Suddenly, a pungent smell went straight into my nostrils. I quickly covered my nose and ran to the place where the smell came from to find out. Without running a few steps, I saw a thick pipe in the crystal clear lake. Dirty and smelly sewage is flowing out of the pipe. The sewage smoked many small fish and shrimps, and the tourists sitting on the boat were splashed with dirty water. Rows of trees by the lake hung low, as if to "protest" people. Sewage is still flowing out, laughing "ferocious". Soon, the whole clear lake was dirty, but the sewage was still flowing. ...
I feel very angry about this! People, you should know that we only have one earth, and it has given us everything, so we should cherish it and protect it. Now some people and factories only care about the happy life in front of them, cutting down all kinds of trees, discharging sewage into rivers and releasing harmful gases at will. More and more rare animals are even put on delicious tables, and their fur is used to sell money ... in violation of national laws and regulations!
