The competent department of agriculture and rural affairs of the people's government at the county level shall be responsible for filing rural veterinarians. After receiving the filing materials of the personnel to be put on file, the filing materials shall be checked within 15 working days. If the filing materials are true and valid, they can be put on file, and signed for the record and stamped with the official seal in the column of handling opinions of the Rural Veterinary Filing Form. If the submitted materials are incomplete or the authenticity is in doubt, it shall be returned to the rural veterinary filing form, explain the situation to the personnel to be filed, and request to supplement or correct the filing materials.
