Zhangjiakou Ran Ran Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 1983, and the former Zhangjiakou Probe Labor Service Department was restructured in 1998, and "Zhangjiakou Ran Ran Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd." was formally established. The company is a joint-stock technology enterprise. There are 85 employees, including 9 management and business personnel, 6 designers and 70 production technicians. Existing assets180,000 yuan. In 2009, the District Bureau of Commerce introduced the enterprise to Yongfeng SME Entrepreneurship Counseling Base through attracting investment. The new enterprise covers an area of 30 mu, with 4800 square meters of new buildings such as processing workshops, office buildings and living facilities. All kinds of production machinery and equipment are complete, and the production and processing range from rough machining to finish machining, and the equipment ranges from general machinery, digital display to numerical control equipment.
The company mainly produces three series of products:
(1)GSD series I, II and III power head drilling rigs, including mobile trailer, self-propelled, tracked and wheeled vehicle-mounted, engineering (various pile holes) and water well drilling rigs, with 28 varieties. Mainly used for: drilling wells for courtyard water, agricultural irrigation water, industrial and other water; (2) Drilling, geological and mineral exploration and coring operations in geological exploration and geological survey. ; Drilling holes for engineering and building construction. The main features of this drilling rig are: good maneuverability, quick deployment, simple and quick operation and high drilling efficiency. The maximum drilling diameter of the drilling rig is 1.5m and the depth is 300m. Using air drilling technology, the hard rock stratum can be drilled to 100 m in 8- 10 hour, which truly realizes "controlled ground deepening".
(2) Series of wet brakes for heavy wheeled construction vehicles. This product was jointly developed by the company and University of Science and Technology Beijing. It is an attractive scientific and technological project with leading technology in China and independent intellectual property rights and patents. The product is divided into six kinds, 19 varieties. This product effectively solves the safety and explosion-proof problem of underground mining.
(3) Environmental protection air flotation machine series small sewage treatment equipment. The equipment is a product jointly developed by our company and Beijing Zhongzhuang Company, which is mainly owned by our company and has intellectual property patents. There are eight varieties in two categories, and the performance index far exceeds that of similar products imported from the United States. The experimental effect of "window" has attracted the attention of domestic environmental protection circles.
The company has independent intellectual property rights and a number of patents, and the "natural" brand is well-known at home and abroad. Reliable product quality and excellent after-sales service have won the trust and praise of users. The products have a broad domestic market and have been sold to 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, with a geographical share of over 70%.
