abstract
In 2006, the renovation project of Yunfeng expressway was officially launched. In order not to affect the normal traffic of vehicles, the speed limit will be implemented throughout the line. Specifically, in the engineering transformation stage, that is, from 2006 to September 30, 2007, the speed limit of the whole line was 60 km/h, the speed limit of the construction section was 30 km/h, and speed limit signs were installed on the roads. The pavement of individual sections from Yuncheng to expressway, fenglingdu is damaged, and the isolation guardrail is damaged in many places. Pedestrians stop cars at will, buses stop at will to attract passengers, bicycles and motorcycles are on the road, and there are no road officials and traffic police to patrol, making Yunfeng expressway a hidden danger section and a dangerous section.
This nearly 100-kilometer expressway belongs to Yuncheng expressway Management Office, and the road surface in expressway has been damaged for a long time. There are still many pedestrians waiting to stop the car. They all came from the broken fence near expressway, and they can pass freely inside and outside the fence, and no one comes up to stop and interfere! In the interview for several hours, I didn't see a road manager and a traffic policeman, but what I saw was chaotic order, broken roads, pedestrians and vehicles that illegally stopped and solicited passengers! From Yongji Toll Station to expressway, there are still no traffic police and road officials on the road. Walking on this expressway feels like walking on the pavement of a third-class highway.
Geographical climate
Yunfeng expressway is located in the Loess Plateau in the west of North China, and the geographical coordinates of Shanxi are 34 36 ′-40 44 ′ north latitude and11015 ′-14 32 ′ east longitude.
The terrain along the line is complex, and there are many types of landforms in China, including mountains, hills, plateaus, basins and platforms. The whole landform is a mountainous plateau covered by loess, and most of the elevations are between 1000 meters and 2000 meters. The highest point is Wutai Mountain Beitai Wild Bean Peak, with an altitude of 3058 meters, and the lowest point is at the place where the Xiyang River enters the Yellow River in Yuanqu County, with an altitude of only 180 meters.
Shanxi's topography is diverse, and the height difference is wide, which has both zonal latitude climate and obvious vertical variation. Yun (Cheng) Feng (Ling Du) expressway is located in the mid-latitude, not far from the sea, but due to the mountain barrier, the summer monsoon has little influence, belonging to the warm temperate zone and temperate continental climate. The annual average temperature is between -4- 14℃. The general trend of regional distribution of temperature is gradually decreasing from south to north and from Pingchuan to mountainous areas. The average annual temperature in the northern and central mountainous areas is generally between 5-7℃, and the temperature in winter is below 0℃, with a large temperature difference between north and south. In summer, the temperature in Shanxi Province is generally high. The temperature in July is between 265,438+0-26℃, and the temperature difference between north and south is smaller than that in winter.
The frost-free period in Shanxi is long in the south and short in the north, and the Pingchuan mountain area is short. The average annual precipitation is 400-650 mm.
