(five) the main technical personnel must pass the examination by the industry management department and obtain the certificate;
(six) catering, beauty, bathing, service facilities and employees must comply with the provisions and standards of the state and this Municipality on food hygiene management and public health management.
(seven) the enterprise should have a sound financial management system and corresponding accounting personnel; Individual industrial and commercial households should establish accounts and revenue and expenditure procedures.
Two, business operators must apply for approval according to the following procedures.
(a) the enterprise holds the certificate of the superior competent department, and the individual holds the certificate of the neighborhood office or township government where the household registration is located, and applies to the catering, service and repair company in the district or county respectively, and after examination and approval, the business license is issued.
(two) engaged in catering, beauty, bath industry, apply to the health supervision department for health examination, after passing the examination, issued a health permit, health certificate.
(3) Apply for registration with the district or county administrative department for industry and commerce on the strength of business license and hygiene license, and issue a business license upon examination and approval.
Legal basis: Article 6 of the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall apply to the company registration authority for registration of establishment. Those that meet the conditions for establishment as stipulated in this Law shall be registered as limited liability companies or joint stock limited companies respectively by the company registration authority; Those who do not meet the conditions for establishment as stipulated in this Law shall not be registered as a limited liability company or a joint stock limited company. Where laws and administrative regulations stipulate that the establishment of a company must be approved, the approval procedures shall be handled according to law before the company is registered. The public may apply to the company registration authority to inquire about the registered items of the company, and the company registration authority shall provide inquiry services.
