Zibo talent subsidy policy:

Living allowance: doctoral student Zibo; Master graduate students; College students; Bachelor's degree; Graduates of higher vocational and secondary vocational schools who have won the second prize in the national vocational college skill competition and the top ten in the technical college skill competition, and those who have obtained the vocational qualification (vocational skill level) of intermediate workers and above; Full-time graduates of technical colleges who have obtained the professional qualifications (skill levels) of intermediate workers, senior workers and reserve technicians are given living allowances.

Social insurance subsidies for college graduates If unemployed college graduates are employed flexibly within 1 year after leaving school, they will be subsidized according to 50% of their actual contributions. Only pay one of them, according to the annual 1200 yuan standard to give subsidies. The maximum subsidy period shall not exceed 2 years.

Housing Subsidy: Zibo gives 30,000, 80,000,120,000 and 300,000 one-time housing subsidies to junior college students, undergraduates, masters and doctors respectively. Fourth high-level talents working in enterprises and institutions in Zibo can enjoy the following preferential policies and treatment:

(1) Subsidies for settling down:

Other high-level talents introduced will be given priority by the employer.

(V) Evaluation and engagement of professional and technical posts: The introduction of high-level talents to evaluate and engage professional and technical posts is not limited by the number of posts allocated by the unit, and the personnel department issues special indicators. High-level talents whose registered permanent residence and personnel administrative relationship are not in Zibo and have worked for 1 year can declare professional and technical positions, and are not limited by working hours and term; High-level talents who have made outstanding achievements in formal job transfer can apply for higher-level professional and technical positions without being restricted by academic qualifications, qualifications, term of office and other conditions; The introduced high-level talents can be hired at low positions and high positions.

(VI) Identity, archives and household registration: If a high-level talent resigns to work in Zibo, the organization and personnel department shall coordinate with relevant departments to confirm it according to their own conditions, and go through the relevant procedures such as archives and household registration.

(VII) Salary: The imported high-level talents can be distributed in the form of agreed salary or option system, and the employer will negotiate with them on the principle of preferential treatment.
