In the history of ancient science and technology in China, Huainanzi is an epoch-making masterpiece, compiled by Liu An, King of Huainan in the Western Han Dynasty, and his guests. Hua Tuo, a famous doctor in Peiguoqiao County (now Bozhou City) in the Eastern Han Dynasty, and his "Mafengsan" were 1000 years earlier than the anesthetic "Geluofang" invented in Europe. The movable type printing invented by Bi Sheng in Huizhou in the Northern Song Dynasty, the wooden movable type printing in Jingde County in the Yuan Dynasty and the overprinter printing in the Ming Dynasty all made important contributions to the development and progress of the world economy, culture and society. Tongcheng School, Xin 'an Neo-Confucianism School, Xin 'an Painting School, Xin 'an Medicine School, Huizhou Merchants, Huizhou Opera, Anhui Huangmei Opera, and Four Treasures of the Study (Xuan Paper, Hui Ink, Xuan Pen, She Ink Stone), Huizhou Architecture, Hui Carving (Brick, Stone, Wood, Bamboo Carving), Wuhu Iron Painting, Longshu Palace Seats, Fuyang Paper-cutting, and the boundary created by working people. Therefore, to understand and introduce Anhui's history and provincial conditions, we must understand and introduce Anhui's celebrities. In order to publicize Anhui, which is rich in natural resources and outstanding people, and to publicize Anhui celebrities who have contributed to the development of human society in different historical periods, Anhui Celebrity Hall came into being.
