1. The bidder who has paid the bid bond should check the payment of the bid bond through the bidding system after 1 3: 00 of the first working day after paying the bid bond.
2. When inquiring, if the bidding system shows that the bid bond payment meets the requirements, the bidder can activate the bidding account through the bidding system and participate in the bidding after passing the qualification examination of the index management institution.
3. When inquiring, if the bidding system shows that the bid bond payment is not in conformity with the regulations, the bidder shall handle related matters according to the following different situations:
Our firm will publish the list of suspicious deposits in the bidding system at 1 3: 00 on1working day after the payment start date of each auction deposit. Thereafter, the list of suspicious deposits will be updated every day at 13: 00, and the deadline for updating is the third working day after the deadline for payment of bid bonds. The bidder shall look up the name of the bidder in the list. If there is a bidder's name, the bidder shall personally go to the designated place of China Bank with relevant information to check and correct the payment information of bid bond. The bidder has only 1 correction opportunity, and the deadline for information correction is within the business hours of each business outlet on the second working day after the deadline for payment of bid bond (the specific time is subject to the tender announcement of each incremental index). If the bidder fails to go through the information correction procedures before the deadline, so that it cannot participate in the bidding, all the consequences and responsibilities arising therefrom shall be borne by the bidder.
