I. Resume section

For a dense resume, it is suggested that the margins should be -0.5cm to -0.7cm, with single line spacing.

The key point is how to let HR see through your resume that you have such ability to be competent for the company's business and matching. So how to describe your job content is very important.

What the structure needs to explain is what the goal (t) of the case is for job seekers in a big environment (S), what measures you have taken for this goal (A), and what kind of results you have finally achieved through your efforts (R). This is the star principle in resume description. It is a way to tell one's own story, or a clear and organized composition template, which shows the clarity, order and logic of one's analysis and exposition of the problem.

A good way is to use some power verbs? Reflect, such as verbs: make, plan, collect, evaluate, analyze, make and contact; Nouns: audit papers, questionnaires, benchmarks, financial valuation, data, etc.

If your target industry is consulting, you need to write your internship experience related to consulting industry on it.

2. Work-related

For example, if you want to apply for the position of HR, you are applying for the HR of the bank, but you only have a disappearing HR internship experience, so you can put the experience in your resume. Or you want to apply for a financial position in a firm, but you have neither banking internship experience nor relevant financial work experience, but you have a job in FMCG that is responsible for salary. This can also be written down.

3. Experience and activities

Another very important principle is the "quantification" principle. You need to enrich your resume with some figures.

For example, have I improved a situation during my work? Income generation or money saving? how much is it? How much time and cost have you saved by making things and links more efficient? Have I read the materials, processed data and written reports? If so, how many documents are there? How much data? How many pages are there in the report? How long will it take? How many people are affected? Have I won any awards, honors or recognition? If yes, how many times and in how many activities? You can put it on your resume.

Fifth, finally, tips

1. Don't forge information, it will be checked. Some companies will pay to check your background.

2. Regarding the chronological order (applicable to all other parts), you should use flashback arrangement.

3. University names can be all capitalized and bold. Then the next line indicates your major, or it can be bold.

Resume should be controlled within one page.

5. Wordart, logos or other fancy things should be avoided in your resume (except the applied design).

6. The most important things in this part are three things: your name, phone number and email address.

7. Address, gender, age, etc. , according to the requirements, generally can not write. 、

8. The format should be PDF, and the format of word should be 03, because some versions of HR only live in the past (unless explicitly required by the company).
