The certificate will be successfully applied for online mailing in five working days. In order to thoroughly implement the reform requirements of "simplifying administration and decentralization, strengthening supervision and improving service", deepen the reform of certificate facilitation and better serve the vast number of professional and technical personnel, our province decided to implement the electronic qualification certificate for professional and technical personnel. The relevant matters are now explained as follows:
1.From 2020, our province will provide electronic qualification certificate related services for professional and technical personnel. Eligible personnel can log on to the "Love Shandong" APP or log on to the "Shandong Personnel Examination Information Network" to inquire, download and print electronic qualification certificates.
2. Qualified personnel can directly produce electronic certificate or paper print when using it. Third parties such as social organizations or individuals can scan the QR code on the electronic certificate through the mobile phone "Love Shandong" APP to verify the authenticity of the electronic certificate.
3. If the level and professional content of e-cert are "-",it means that the content is empty.
4. web-based e-cert system adopts the real-name authentication function of Shandong unified government service portal, and qualified personnel can log in and use it through real-name authentication.
