The emergency management department issued the announcement that the national comprehensive fire rescue team will recruit firefighters for the society in 2022, and officially started the recruitment of firefighters. Before August 29th 18: 00, recruits can log on to the fireman recruitment platform of the National Comprehensive Fire Rescue Team to inquire about the recruitment announcement, recruitment plan, policies and regulations, and register. The National Comprehensive Fire Rescue Team recruited 7625 firefighters (all male), including 5000 firefighters 12600 forest firefighters and 25 firefighters from China Fire Rescue College. There are 6,279 college graduates, 5,673 retired soldiers and 5,673 social youths. This year is the fifth time that the national comprehensive fire rescue team openly recruits firefighters for the society. According to the requirements of the national employment priority policy, the recruitment scale has been appropriately expanded and the proportion of college graduates has been increased. At the same time, to meet the needs of specialization and professionalization of the team, the physical fitness test standards have been optimized, and the urgently needed professional catalogue has been improved to attract more highly educated and high-quality talents. During the registration period, all fire rescue stations (teams) in the country are open to the public. Applicants and their families can visit the fire brigade's equipment and facilities nearby, get a deeper understanding of the firemen's duty training life, be familiar with the experience recruitment test items, and personally check the recruitment policies and regulations to make full preparations for the subsequent assessment and selection.
First, the national firefighters registration method:
Firefighters are recruited by online registration, and the qualification examination is conducted by online preliminary examination and on-site review.
(1) Register online. Recruiters can log on to the national comprehensive fire rescue team fireman recruitment platform, query and browse recruitment information, and register.
Recruiters can also go to various detachments, brigades and fire rescue stations (squadrons) of the National Comprehensive Fire Rescue Team to receive publicity materials and fill in the registration information online. Recruiters must print the admission ticket with their registered account number and password and check the recruitment progress. Please remember it.
(2) online preliminary examination. During the online registration period, the provincial fire recruitment offices will simultaneously conduct a preliminary examination of the registration information of the recruited object, which will be completed within 5 working days after the registration information is submitted in principle. Candidates who leave their jobs without justifiable reasons and fail to pass the political examination and review in previous firemen's recruitment will not be approved in the first instance. After the online preliminary examination is passed, the registration information may not be modified in principle.
(3) On-site review. According to the online preliminary examination results, according to the notification requirements of the Provincial Firefighter Recruitment Office, recruits are required to take the original and photocopy of ID card (residence permit), household registration book, diploma (degree certificate), discharge certificate, meritorious service award and other documents to participate in the on-site audit. Full-time government firefighters and full-time government forest firefighters who are relaxed to 24 years of age must provide proof of more than 2 years' practical work experience in fire fighting and rescue, labor contracts and social security materials.
Those who pass the examination must carefully read the Love Letter of National Comprehensive Fire Rescue Team in 2022 and sign the Registration Form of National Comprehensive Fire Rescue Team. Those who refuse to sign will be disqualified. If the registration information is false or does not meet the scope of recruitment conditions, the review will not be passed.
Second, the content of the National Firefighter Examination
Those who pass the qualification examination will participate in physical examination, political assessment, physical fitness test, post adaptability test, psychological test and interview with their ID cards and admission tickets. The specific order, time and place shall be announced by the Provincial Firefighter Recruitment Office.
(1) physical examination. In the designated general hospitals above the municipal level, the medical examination standards for candidates (ground personnel) shall be implemented, and those who fail shall not be employed.
Recruiters who have doubts about the results of physical examination and apply for a second interview may have a second interview with the consent of the provincial fireman recruitment office, and the results of physical examination shall be subject to the conclusion of the second interview; Items that can affect the examination results by taking drugs or other treatment methods will not be re-examined. Based on the special requirements of the fire rescue profession, those who are assessed as disabled and have serious injury treatment records are not suitable for fire rescue work and will not be employed.
(2) Political assessment. According to the requirements of political assessment of conscription.
(3) Physical fitness test and post adaptability test. In line with the "National Comprehensive Fire Rescue Team 2022 Firefighters Recruitment Physical Fitness Test and Post Adaptability Test Items and Standards". The physical fitness test shall be graded quantitatively, and the single effective score is between 1 and 15 (those who have not achieved effective results will not be hired), with a total score of 40 points. The individual scores of post adaptability test must be above the "general" standard.
(4) Psychological test and interview. The psychological test is conducted by the fireman recruitment psychological investigation system, and the system automatically judges "qualified" or "unqualified". The interview refers to the practice of public recruitment in public institutions, and implements quantitative scoring. The full score is 100, and less than 60 is "unqualified". If one of the psychological tests and interview results is "unqualified", it will not be hired.
