Guangzhou Auto Show: Interview with Huang Tongjuan, General Manager of Junbao BMW

Moderator: Hello, everyone, this is the scene of the 2020 Guangzhou Auto Show. Today, I came to the interview room in car home with Mr. Huang of Guangzhou Junbaoma. Hello.

Huang Tongjuan: Hello.

Moderator: I am very grateful to Mr. Huang for accepting an exclusive interview with car home in his busy schedule. First of all, please briefly introduce your shop.

Huang Tongjuan: Guangzhou Junbao will be established for three years in March next year. It is also one of the dealers of 12 BMW and the third BMW exclusive store of Bao Yue Group. Junbao is currently located in Guanghua Road, and has been building roads for three years. Geographically, it is relatively bad, and it is also the worst location in 12 BMW stores. Its slogan is ". Guangzhou Junbao has made great achievements since its establishment three years ago. Guangzhou 12 Store has the worst location and the latest opening time. However, its new car sales and after-sales growth rate are currently ranked first in Guangzhou, but the sales volume is not ranked first, the gross profit is ranked first, and the after-sales growth rate is also ranked first. From the manufacturer's data, from the data of our Bao Yue Group, this is a very excellent performance. The environment of this store is so bad, including its hardware environment, but why can it do so well? That's because our sales, after-sales and general manager belong to Bao Yue Group, and we have been engaged in this industry for more than ten years, so our team is excellent.

Moderator: BMW has also brought many new cars this year. What do you recommend?

Huang Tongjuan: Series 4, M3, M4 and 2 were released at Guangzhou International Auto Show. At present, the starting car of the 4 series car has obvious selling points and relatively good prices. Its design concept can also mark the design concept of all BMW cars in the future, so the feedback of this car in the whole market is very good at present. After the prices of M3 and M4 were released, the feedback from many markets was very explosive. This car may be the first time to realize the M series, which can not only keep the discount, but also show higher profits. Series 2 is also available now. These models are not BMW models, but the 4 Series and M3 models mark the birth and future trend of BMW's new design concept.

Moderator: Has Junbao introduced any preferential policies for this auto show?

Huang Tongjuan: Guangzhou Junbao only did one thing at the Guangzhou International Auto Show, that is, prepared a lot of existing cars. Many BMW models have no existing cars this year, including 5 Series, X3 Series and 3 Series, especially imported cars. There are almost no cars, but Guangzhou Junbao has prepared some existing cars for this Guangzhou International Auto Show to provide customers with delivery years ago. As for the discount, even if the car source is not enough, let alone the big discount.

Moderator: The psychological expectation of consumers is to mention cars first. Everyone knows that BMW is imported except BMW Brilliance. Imports are affected by the epidemic and the supply has not recovered, so don't talk about discounts. It may take a long time for existing cars to queue up.

Huang Tongjuan: Yes, many cars, such as imported cars, will be postponed until next year. Judging from this year, the overall price of imported cars is very stable, without any decline.

Moderator: So far, what is the completion rate of Junbao's overall sales this year?

Huang Tongjuan: It was overfulfilled. Not many cars were sold in February, which means that the sales in1February this year were completed in1October.

Huang Tongjuan: This power is the power of the entire luxury car. We can also see from the whole car market that luxury cars are growing at a double-digit rate, so I think Junbao is just a big trend that is rushing down.

Moderator: In addition to the growth rate of the whole luxury car, BMW just mentioned traditional performance cars, M series performance cars, traditional fuel cars, and BMW has also increased the intensity of electric vehicles. We also saw some pure trams in the BMW booth, including the launch of iX3. What do you think of the market for electric vehicles?

Huang Tongjuan: First of all, the electric vehicle market conforms to the national policy, which is also the strategy that the country is now vigorously developing. So BMW has also made long-term layout and planning according to this strategy. IX3 will be launched this year, iNEXT will be launched next year, and iX4 will be launched gradually. In fact, BMW should be ahead of other brands in new energy strategy. From this strategic point of view, it is also in line with the national strategy and vehicle development. So the brand BMW is in our company.

At present, BMW has a history of 65,438+000 years, including that we have been a BMW dealer in China for more than ten years, and have been selling fuel vehicles. The traditional receiving method is the receiving method of fuel vehicles, including many traditional communication methods, but when it comes to electric vehicles, it is really pure electric, and BMW's entire product line has long existed. But at present, our competitors in electric vehicles are not BBA, but Tesla, Weilai and Tucki, which are the new forces of this generation, so I think for BMW, we should not only consider the product strategy, but also consider some changes in the external environment. At the same time, as a dealer, as a traditional 4S shop system, how can we keep up with the electric direction? I think the future is still very challenging.

Moderator: Finally, please ask Mr. Huang to make a prospect for the auto market next year.

Huang Tongjuan: As a luxury car, there will still be double-digit growth next year. First of all, with the development of the epidemic, it is difficult for domestic money to go out for consumption, and so is the housing market. As a China person, nothing more than a house and a car. As a car, I think as a mature market, the first car purchase will gradually decline, but upgrading is the future trend and development, so luxury cars will still take the lead.

Meanwhile, what did this epidemic bring? When the epidemic came, everyone would say it was pessimistic. The outbreak occurred during the Spring Festival. In February, I thought that the outbreak of the epidemic would definitely bring a new round of opportunities to the auto market, especially luxury cars. As expected, the double-digit growth rate, and luxury cars resumed production capacity and sales as soon as possible, and soon reached the previous level in April. So I think next year, because the epidemic is still fermenting, and we also see the situation abroad, as the government of China, it will definitely increase the internal circulation. If the internal circulation is increased, as China people, cars must be the primary consideration, and safe travel is more suitable for their own cars. So at the current level of development in China, many people already have cars. If he wants to change a car that suits him better, I think luxury cars will maintain double-digit growth next year.
