Renqiu City has not been renamed as Yanling City. According to the official information of Renqiu Municipal Government, there is no notice or plan to change Renqiu City into Yanling City at present.
Renqiu city, alias Yanling, belongs to Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. It is the base camp of North China Petroleum Company. Renqiu has a long history. Ren Qiu, the general of the Western Han Dynasty, built a city here to prevent Haikou, and named it Ren Qiu.
