How to use the crane

Number one: turn the key. If the crane does not turn on the key and power supply, the whole car will not move, and it can only continue to move after the computer software turns on the key. Second: in the left hand: turn left and right, hook forward (pay attention to stepping, there will be no reaction without stepping on the handle). Right: there is a small crane stem on the left and a crane stem on the right, with big hooks on the front and back. (Note that you must press the action switch, that is, the position on the back of the handle, or press the switch of the two-way rotating arrow on the control panel for a long time to open it). Third, the handle style is very simple, that is, the first yellow button of the left hand or the right hand. After pressing, the right hand moves inward (lifting the stalk) and the right hand moves outward. Left hand: on the crane, under the front hook, on the back hook, turn left, turn right, turn right. Right hand: on the small crane, hook the front and rear hooks up and down. Press the first button with your right hand to retract your left arm, extend your right arm, and put it down. Don't press your left arm. There are basically 10 operating methods for small cranes: hanging, prying, bundling, lifting, hanging, sliding, rolling, turning and rolling, which are collectively referred to as "crossing" operation methods: ① When handling small machinery and materials, due to short distance or inconvenient mechanical transportation, the hoisting method can be adopted, which can be carried out by two or more people at the same time. When working, the rods and ropes used must be firm and applicable. Operators of small cranes are required to keep pace, obey unified command and distribute loads reasonably. (2) When the lifting weight and lifting height are not large, you can pry up the heavy objects with a crowbar. Use the lever principle to achieve the purpose of saving labor. Therefore, the fulcrum of the lever should be as close to the weight as possible, and the fulcrum should be harder. A crowbar can be used to lift a member, so as to put a board or brick under the member, or to lift or lower a heavy object by repeatedly jacking up the block in the opposite way. 3. Binding refers to the operation of binding hanging objects, moving objects or fixtures with ropes and chains. According to the lifting weight, the geometric shape of the object, the position of the center of gravity, whether the object is easily deformed, the lifting process requirements and other factors, fully consider the binding method and lifting point. The binding position should ensure the stability and balance of the pendant. The selected binding position shall ensure that plastic deformation will not occur due to the self-weight of the hanger. The vertically lifted long members should be tied to the upper part of the center of gravity of the object; When objects need to be lifted horizontally, they should be tied symmetrically on both sides of the center of gravity. Binding should be strong and firm, and the force of each binding rope should be uniform. When binding angular objects, put soft objects at the corners. (4) Hanging refers to the operation of hooking objects with hooks after they are bound. General hook methods include single rope hook, rope hook, back hook, rope hook and so on. Pay attention to the center position of the hook and the uniform stress of each rope when hooking. Under the action of inertial force and other external forces, the rope should not be displaced and squeezed. ⑤ Jacking a small crane is the operation of jacking an object weighing 1000 kilograms. This method is simple, safe and labor-saving, especially for some large objects, when large cranes are difficult to display or the cost is high, small cranes can give full play to their advantages. ⑥ Lifting refers to the operation of lifting heavy objects with lifting masts and small cranes and placing them in designated positions. This is the most commonly used vertical transportation mode, characterized by large lifting capacity, high lifting capacity, wide working face, high speed and high efficiency. ⑦ Slipping refers to the operation of putting heavy objects on the slideway and pulling them by machinery or manpower, which is generally used for short-distance movement or equipment unloading. In order to reduce friction, rails are usually used as slideways, skateboards are placed between rails and heavy objects, and rails are coated with lubricating oil. ⑧ Rolling is a method of rolling and moving heavy objects with scroll bars, which is usually used for short-distance horizontal transportation. Pet-name ruby rotation is the operation method of rotating a heavy object by a certain angle in a plane. You can use the roller and raceway under the weight to rotate locally, or you can set up a special turntable to rotate the weight. Attending rolling refers to the operation method of putting a rope on a cylindrical object and pulling the rope to make the object roll up or down. Usually used for loading and unloading steel pipes, concrete pipes or poles.
