2. Registration method

This open recruitment is conducted by means of on-site registration. Due to the need of epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19, candidates are requested to make an appointment by telephone in advance when registering on site. Candidates should wear masks when registering and keep a safe distance of 1 m. The qualification examination is the responsibility of the human resources department of Sanming Rong Media Center. Qualification examination runs through the whole process of selecting and employing people. (4) Examination

In principle, this selection will be conducted by interview. The number of applicants for selected positions meets the requirements and exceeds 20, or due to special needs, a combination of written examination and interview is adopted for selection.

The examination mainly tests the basic qualities and abilities required for applicants to perform their duties. (5) Performance calculation

If the position is selected by interview, the applicants who have passed the qualification examination will enter the interview. The interview score is the total score, and the minimum qualified line of the interview score is 70 points. If the number of candidates to be determined exceeds the number of selected candidates due to the same interview results, an additional test will be conducted and the candidates will be ranked according to the additional test results.

If the position is selected by combining written examination and interview, the candidates who enter the interview will be selected from high score to low score according to three times the number of candidates selected for each position. If it is less than 3 times, the interviewer shall be determined according to the actual number of people above the written test score. If the interviewer's final written test scores are tied, all tied candidates shall be the interviewers. Before the interview, if the interviewer gives up the interview on his own, he can make up for it from high score to low score among those whose written test scores are above the qualified line. The minimum qualified line of written test is 60 points, and the minimum qualified line of interview is 70 points. The total score of the exam is calculated according to the written test score and interview score, each accounting for 50%. When two or more total scores are the same, the candidates are sorted according to the written test scores; If the candidates' written test and interview results are the same, and the number to be determined exceeds the number of selected candidates, an additional test interview will be conducted, and the candidates will be ranked according to the additional test results.

If there are no qualified personnel in the recruitment position, the recruitment plan will be cancelled. The examination time and specific plan will be announced separately.
