Service description
1, Colorful Yunnan Happy World is a one-vote theme park. Visitors can enter the park by one person and one vote. Visitors can choose to watch performances, experience amusement equipment and participate in theme activities without extra charge. However, the following items are paid services: Shang Yan and the theater have repertoires with clear fees; Catering, shopping and transportation; Happy and rewarding games.
2. Colorful Yunnan Happy World will operate matinee and evening performances at specific times (such as Halloween), with different fares. The operation information such as the specific open area of the night show shall be subject to the announcement of the park on that day.
3. Colorful Yunnan Happy World tickets can only be used once. If you need to enter the park again after leaving the park, you must buy tickets again. Tickets sold will not be refunded.
Some projects are equipped with high-speed digital cameras to provide photo services. Visitors can choose to buy according to their personal needs, and all the photos stored in the computer will be deleted the next day.

Instructions for visiting the park
1. In order to ensure that every visitor has a safe, comfortable and pleasant garden experience, and to ensure the safety of you and others, the park will conduct safety inspections on handbags, backpacks and other items carried by tourists.
2. Refuse to bring the following items into the park: all foods, alcoholic beverages and canned or bottled beverages (except foods for special patients such as infants and diabetics, and purified water below 600ml, which need to be tried on the spot; Inflatable amusement devices such as swimming rings, floating rows, hovercraft and surfboards; Glass products, scooters, roller skates, any motor vehicles and trolleys that employees think have potential safety hazards; Aircraft such as drones and remote-controlled aircraft; Pets or other animals (except animals for the disabled, there is a pet storage room at the main entrance of the park; Bunting, gongs and drums, tweeters; Fireworks and firecrackers and other inflammable, harmful and toxic substances, controlled knives, guns and other dangerous goods stipulated by laws and regulations.
3. Children with a height of 1.5m (excluding children under 1.5m) and adults over 65 (including the elderly over 65 and the disabled who must have the ability of safety supervision) will be accompanied to the park after purchasing tickets. Special reminder: The accompanying personnel must fulfill the relevant guardianship responsibilities and participate in the amusement experience according to the equipment safety requirements and the arrangement of the staff.
For your safety, the park specially reminds you that some projects in the park are not suitable for patients with hypertension, heart disease, cervical spondylosis, pregnant women and drunkards. Some events have restrictions on the height, weight and waistline of participating tourists. If you have the above diseases or symptoms, please confirm by yourself and choose other suitable items. 5. Visitors participating in amusement projects must obey the safety instructions of the on-site staff and observe the precautions related to the equipment. For tourists who violate relevant regulations, the staff has the right to refuse their participation.
6. In order to ensure safety, according to national safety laws and regulations and other relevant regulations, amusement facilities in the park will be inspected regularly on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis, and related maintenance work may cause some amusement projects to be postponed or suspended. Please refer to the park announcement for details.
7. According to the national safety laws, regulations and other relevant provisions, in order to ensure safety, if there is any abnormality or fault in the operation of the equipment, it is necessary to stop the machine for inspection and maintenance, and the inspection time may not be confirmed or informed immediately. Please queue up for tourists to follow the instructions of the staff and consciously choose other amusement equipment to play.
8. According to the regulations of the national safety and technical supervision department and the technical requirements of equipment safety, in the case of bad weather and other natural disasters (such as lightning, sandstorm, rain and snow, hail, fog, etc.) that cannot meet the safe operation of equipment, the performance will be cancelled or partially cancelled, and the park does not need to inform in advance.
9. There are all kinds of amusement equipment and performances in the park. Visitors are requested to arrange their play time reasonably. All amusement equipment and performances in the park must be queued for playing or watching. Please don't jump the queue or do other dangerous behaviors. Please don't line up alone, many people will take the bus. When there are many tourists, the queue time will be very long. Please understand and obey the arrangement of the field staff.
10. According to the closing time of the project and the closing time of the park, depending on the on-site waiting situation, the park will inform in advance to stop the queuing time, and then terminate the project queuing or entering the park in advance. Please understand.

12. In order to ensure safety, roller skates, skateboarding and cycling are not allowed. In the park (unless the designated performer performs at the designated venue).
13. Tourists and friends should take good care of their personal belongings when playing. Please don't put valuables or luggage where you can't see it, or on the stroller and locker.
14. Please do not bring professional cameras, professional video cameras and related professional equipment and facilities into the park. The park reserves the right to sue if any pictures or video materials taken by itself without the written authorization of Colorful Yunnan Happy World are used for commercial or other profit-making activities.
