Do not disclose government information

Legal analysis: 1. Information that may adversely affect national interests such as national defense, diplomacy, national security, territorial integrity and national unity. 2. Information that may affect the effective implementation of major economic and financial policies, information security or cause abnormal fluctuations in economic and financial markets after disclosure. 3. Information that may endanger public safety and social stability in a certain range after disclosure, or information involving ethnic groups and religions.

Legal basis: Article 9 of the Regulations on the Openness of Government Information in People's Republic of China (PRC), the administrative organ voluntarily discloses government information that meets one of the following basic conditions: (1) It involves the vital interests of citizens, legal persons or other organizations; (2) It needs to be widely known or participated by the public; (3) Reflecting the institutional setup, functions and procedures of the administrative organs; (four) other information that should be voluntarily disclosed by laws, regulations and relevant provisions of the state.
