The fruitful work of Yan Guang Traffic Literature and Art Station in the past eight years has significantly improved the social and economic benefits of the whole station. In 2002, the comprehensive listening rate of Yanbian Radio and Television General Station was the highest among all media.
In June, 2005, the research group of Professor Zhao Yuanxiang from China Institute of Enterprise Development, College of Science and Technology, Yanbian University conducted a survey on the viewing rate and listening rate of Yanbian Radio and Television General Station among the residents of eight cities and counties in Yanbian Prefecture. Among them, Yan Guang Communications Literature and Art Station was designated as the audience's favorite broadcast with an overwhelming advantage of 56%.
