The expansion project of Xiamen-Zhangzhou-expressway starts from Xinglin, Xiamen (connecting with expressway, Xia Quan), passes through Dongfu, jiaomei, Fu Jeer, Zini and Haicheng, and ends at Dongyuan, Zhangzhou (connecting with Zhangzhao and expressway), with a total length of 40 kilometers. Among them, the section from the starting point to Fu Jeer 15km and the section from Haicheng to the end point of 4km are reconstructed and expanded by using the existing expressway; Fukui is newly built from Nita to Haicheng 2 1km. At the same time, the original shenyang-haikou expressway Fu Jeer Changzhou to Bangshan to Haicheng section of the road reconstruction project. The whole line is built according to expressway standard, and the sections from the starting point to Fu Jeer and Haicheng to the end point are rebuilt and expanded according to the two-way eight-lane expressway standard, with a design speed of120km/h; Fujing Zini-Haicheng section is newly built according to the two-way six-lane expressway standard, with a design speed of120km/h. The expansion project of Xiamen-Zhangzhou expressway (Zhangzhou Section) is an important part of the "first vertical" of the national expressway network from Shenyang to Haikou expressway and Haixi expressway, and it has been included in the key construction projects of Fujian Province in the Eleventh Five-Year Plan. The project starts at the junction of Xiamen and Zhangzhou, passes through jiao mei zhen, Cangban Farm and Zini Town in Longhai City, crosses the Jiulong River and reaches Haicheng Town, connecting zhangzhou port Interchange, and finally reaches Dongyuan Town. Along the route, there are Fukui Main Line Interchange, Zini Interchange, Haicheng Interchange and zhangzhou port Interchange. The expansion project adopts the expansion scheme of "double-side splicing widening, single-side separation and new line construction", in which the length of the bifurcated interchange from the starting point to the main line of Fu Jeer is 3.674 kilometers, and the scheme of expanding the existing two-way four-lane subgrade from 26 meters to the two-way eight-lane subgrade with a total width of 42 meters is adopted; The section from Fukui main line interchange to Haicheng main line interchange is 20.549 kilometers long, and a new two-way six-lane road with a total subgrade width of 34.5 meters is adopted for filing. The main line of Haicheng bifurcates to the end of the project, with a length of 3.649 kilometers, in which the existing four lanes on the right side of the road are reconstructed with a width of 26 meters, and the new five lanes on the left side are built with a subgrade width of 24.5 meters. The new project runs through Longhai City. After completion, the new Zini line is 5.649 kilometers shorter than the old line. This project is of great significance for realizing the traffic modernization at the mouth of Jiulong River, giving full play to the advantages of the coastal economic belt in location and port, promoting the implementation of the development strategy of "building a city by relying on port and strengthening the city by industry" and promoting a new round of development along Zhangzhou coast and even Zhangzhou as a whole.
Longhai section of Xiazhang expressway
The Xiamen-Zhangzhou expressway Extension Project (Longhai Section) has invested a total of10.27 billion yuan since it started, accounting for 36.97% of the project budget.
