Handle motor vehicle registration
When accepting an application for motor vehicle registration, dmv shall complete the application materials within the prescribed time limit, in compliance with laws, administrative regulations and these Provisions.
If the application materials are incomplete or otherwise inconsistent with the statutory form, the applicant shall be informed of all the contents that need to be corrected at one time. If it does not meet the requirements, it shall inform the reasons for not registering in writing.
The vehicle management office shall publicize the application items, conditions, basis, procedures, time limit, charging standards, all materials to be submitted and the model text of the application form at the place where registration is handled.
