20 14 Announcement on Recruitment of Staff in Institutions Directly under Hengyang Sports Bureau

Due to the need of work, according to the spirit of the document "Trial Measures for Open Recruitment of Public Institutions in Hunan Province" (Ren Xiang Shefa [201] No.45), Hengyang Sports Bureau plans to openly recruit 16 staff within the establishment quota. 2. Registration requirements

(1) Applicants must fill in the Application Form for Open Recruiting Personnel in Public Institutions of Hengyang City (Annex II) in duplicate, provide three recent one-inch bareheaded photos, and the originals and photocopies of ID cards, academic degree certificates, professional and technical qualification certificates and other relevant documents (incumbents must provide proof that the current work unit agrees to apply).

(2) Each person is limited to 1 position, and those who report more will be disqualified.

③ Fill in the registration information truthfully. Apply in strict accordance with professional requirements, and the application materials provided must be true and effective. (3) Qualification examination

The recruitment leading group office is responsible for the qualification examination of candidates. Qualification examination includes preliminary examination at the time of registration, qualification examination before interview and final examination before employment, and runs through the whole recruitment process. Those who provide false application materials will be disqualified once verified; Forging or altering relevant documents, materials and information to cheat the examination qualification shall be handled with reference to the relevant provisions of the Measures for Handling Violations of Discipline in the Civil Service Recruitment Examination (Trial). The ratio of the number of people in the recruitment plan to the number of applicants must reach 1∶3 to start the examination. Individual positions can't reach the above proportion, and the recruitment plan will be reduced after the examination of the recruitment leading group and the approval of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

(4) Examination

The exam is divided into written test and interview.

1, written test

The written test is conducted in a closed-book manner.

① Written test content: related professional theoretical knowledge and basic knowledge of public affairs.

② Time and place of written test: See the written test admission ticket for details. The collection time of the written test admission ticket will be notified separately.

When taking the exam, you must bring your admission ticket and ID card at the same time. Applicants without certificates are not allowed to take the exam.

After the written test, the interviewer is determined according to the total score of the written test from high to low.

③ The written test results will be published on relevant websites.

Step 2 interview

① According to the ratio of the number of people in the recruitment plan to the number of people interviewed 1:2, the interview candidates are determined according to the written test scores from high to low. Before the interview, the recruitment office will examine the qualifications of the interviewers.

3. Comprehensive test results

According to the written test scores accounted for 50%, interview scores accounted for 50%, and the comprehensive test scores were synthesized.

Comprehensive test score calculation formula:

Comprehensive score = total written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%

The written test scores, interview scores and comprehensive scores are kept at two decimal places, and the third place is rounded off. If the comprehensive test scores are the same, the ranking order shall be determined according to the written test scores.

(5) Physical examination

According to the ratio of recruitment plan to physical examination object 1: 1, the physical examination object is determined according to the ranking order of comprehensive scores from high to low.

The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (Guo Min Bu [2005] 1No.), Guo Min Bu [2065 438+00] 12 and Guo Min Fa [2005] 10). Those who don't take part in the physical examination or fail to pass the physical examination will be replenished from high to low according to the comprehensive score of the examination, and the number of people who are replenished is 1 time.

(6) Inspection and publicity

Those who pass the physical examination are identified as the objects of investigation and publicized on relevant websites. The recruitment leading group office is responsible for organizing inspection, mainly including the candidates' political ideology, moral quality, ability and quality, study and work performance, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline. Those who fail to pass the inspection or voluntarily give up the inspection (a written statement signed by themselves must be submitted) will be disqualified.

Those who pass the written test, interview, physical examination and inspection are determined to be candidates, and will be publicized on relevant websites for 7 days.

During the publicity period, if serious problems affect the employment, the employment qualification will be cancelled. If it is difficult to verify for a while, the employment will be suspended, and then whether to hire or not will be decided after verification and conclusion. When there is a vacancy in the list of persons to be hired after publicity, it will not be replenished.

(7) Employment

If there is no objection to the publicity, the employee shall sign an employment contract in accordance with the relevant regulations, and the employee shall enjoy the same treatment as the existing employee. Those who fail to report within the time limit without justifiable reasons will be disqualified.

According to the relevant laws and regulations, if the legal employment contract signed between the candidate and the original employer needs to be terminated, the candidate must terminate the contract with the original employer by himself. If the contract still exists, his employment qualification will be cancelled.
