How to use list entries in the tax system

1. Login website: select "Download Center \ Tax-controlled invoicing software \ VAT invoice invoicing software (tax UKey version)" to download.

2. Unzip the downloaded compressed package, and then click the installation program of VAT invoice invoicing software (tax UKey version). Please use exe to install it.

Part II System Initialization and Login Settings

I. System Registration

Step 1 After installing the system, click the shortcut icon generated on the desktop.

After entering the system interface, the tax Ukey password input box pops up, as shown in the figure. Enter the password of tax Ukey correctly (the initial password is 8 8), and enter the "Password Setting" interface, tax Ukey password input window, digital password and administrator password setting window.

Matters needing attention in password input and digital certificate modification:

Tax digital certificate password initial password (88888888). When logging in for the first time, you need to modify the password of the tax digital certificate: enter the initial password in the password field of the verification digital certificate, and then enter the new password twice in the password field of the modification digital certificate.

Step 2: After entering the digital certificate password and administrator password correctly, click Next to enter the basic information setting interface and set the basic information of the enterprise.

Step 3 After the basic information of the enterprise is correctly entered, click Next to enter the parameter setting window, and the system will automatically configure the default system. Taxpayers can choose to modify or not to modify according to the actual situation. Click "Next" after confirmation.

Step 5: After initialization, enter the login interface.

Step 1: Start the system, enter the tax Ukey password correctly (if "Remember Password" is checked, you don't need to enter the tax Ukey password every time you log in to the system), and then enter the system login interface.

Step 2: Select an operator from the drop-down list box in the "User Name" column, enter the correct password in the "User Password" column (the password set during login or parameter setting, if it is not set, the default password is empty), and then click the "Login" button to log in to the main interface of the system. Customer code:

Click the customer code to enter the editing interface of customer code, and click the Add button in the upper left corner to add customer information categories.

Click Add to add customer information, where the name is required, and then click Submit Now to save the information.

Commodity code:

Click the custom commodity and service code to enter the code setting interface, select the commodity code category, enter the commodity information, and click Submit Now to save the commodity code.

Select a commodity and click [Allocation Code] to enter the tax classification code setting interface.

You can choose from the tax classification code table on the left, or you can choose the tax classification code by entering keywords on the right. After selecting the tax classification code, click OK to save and complete the commodity information entry.

Part III Invoice Management

First, fill in the positive invoice.

Operating steps:

Step 1: Click the menu item "Invoice Management/Front Invoice Filling/VAT Ordinary Invoice" to open the window of "VAT Ordinary Invoice Filling", select the payment method, and manually check whether the invoice code and number are consistent with the paper invoice.

Description:

When filling in all kinds of invoices, the system will automatically pop up the confirmation window of similar invoices to be issued according to the sequence of invoices to be issued.

When there are multiple invoices of the same kind in the system, the invoices will be called in the order of segment numbers by default. That is, after the current invoice is issued, the system will automatically transfer out the next invoice of the same kind to fill in, or you can manually select other invoice segments to make an invoice.

Invoice filling interface: consists of the following three main parts:

A. Buyer's company information area: used to fill in the relevant information of the buyer.

B. Commodity information area: used to fill in the detailed information, list, discount, etc. of the commodities sold.

C. Other information: sales company information, invoice category code, number, invoicing date, ciphertext, remarks column and drawer are all automatically generated by the system, and users do not need to fill them in; Payee and approver are modifiable items and can be brought out.

Fill in the negative invoice:

Step 1: Click the menu item "Invoice Management/Fill in Negative Invoice/VAT Invoice" to open the interface for entering and confirming invoice code and invoice number, as shown in the figure.

Step 2: Fill in the invoice type, invoice code and invoice number of the positive invoice corresponding to the negative invoice directly in this window. When the two items are exactly the same, click Next to enter the filling interface.

Step 3 After filling in the invoice code and invoice number, click "Next", and different confirmation windows will be displayed according to the filled invoice:

Step 4: After confirming that all the information in the invoice filling interface is correct, click the "Issue" button to issue a negative invoice. As long as the distribution is successful.

note:

1. The operation method of filling in the electronic ordinary VAT invoice and negative VAT invoice is the same as that of the ordinary VAT invoice.

2. Negative invoice deduction follows the rules: VAT ordinary invoices and VAT electronic ordinary invoices can be deducted from each other, and VAT ordinary invoices (volumes) can also be deducted, but VAT ordinary invoices (volumes) cannot be deducted from these two tickets.

Two. Fill in the scarlet letter information form of special VAT ticket.

Operating steps:

Step 1: Click Red-ink Invoice Management/Fill in Red-ink Information Table of VAT Invoice to open the red-ink invoice information table information selection interface, as shown in the figure.

Step 2: In the information selection interface of red-ink invoice information table, the buyer's application is selected by default.

When the buyer applies for issuing a special invoice in red, the VAT output tax can be deducted according to the corresponding special invoice in blue, which can be divided into two ways:

(1) When selecting deduction, you don't need to fill in the corresponding blue invoice code and invoice number after selecting the invoice type. Click Next to enter the filling interface, as shown in the figure.

(2) If you choose not to deduct, you should check the tax calculation method of the original blue-ink invoice, whether it is a special invoice for refined oil and other information according to the actual situation, and fill in the corresponding blue-ink invoice code and number. Click "Next" to enter the filling interface.

When applying in the third step, the buyer information is automatically brought out and cannot be modified. Other items need to be filled in manually.

The fourth step, taxpayers can apply for approval of the completed scarlet letter information form in two ways: one is to print and export it to the tax authorities for processing; Alternatively, you can upload online directly by using the "Upload" button, and the tax authorities will review it automatically or manually. After the upload prompt is "Approved successfully", you can directly download the approved information table from the "Red-ink Information Table of VAT Special Tickets" and issue a red-ink invoice.

Three. Red information table of special VAT ticket _ Query/Approval Download

Click Invoice Management/Red-ink Invoice Management/Red-ink Information Table of VAT Invoice _ Query to open the red-ink invoice information table modification _ query export interface. After setting the query date, click Query to display the invoice details within the set date range in turn. In this interface, you can view details, modify, delete and export information tables.

Click the menu of Invoice Management/Red-ink Invoice Management/Red-ink Information Table Approval and Download of VAT Invoice to open the interface of Red-ink Information Table Download-VAT, set the download and save address, and click Download after the application date, the system will automatically download and upload the red-ink information table to the local area within the set date range and save it in the set download and save address.

Summary upload/update monitoring

Enter the billing system, click the data management/data processing/summary upload or click the summary upload icon button in the process navigation window on the homepage of the software to enter the summary upload window, where taxpayers can summarize and upload the invoices to be reported as needed, as shown in the figure, click the "Report Summary" button to report the summary invoice data, and click the "Update Monitoring" button to update the invoice monitoring data information to tax Ukey.

The fifth part system maintenance

I. Electronic Invoice Configuration

Click the menu item System Settings/System Parameter Settings/Parameter Settings/Electronic Invoice Configuration to open the electronic invoice configuration item, fill in the corresponding configuration item, and click OK. The address and content port of the format file server will be obtained from the configuration file and automatically filled in according to the enterprise tax authorities, which can be modified manually.

Second, the operator management

Through the administrator, the information of administrators and ticket makers is managed in this module, including adding, deleting and modifying the names and passwords of relevant administrators and ticket makers, and assigning the authority to operate the billing system.
