What is the workflow of the water purifier in the hospital supply room?

Medical pure water system technology

Raw water tank-raw water booster pump-quartz sand filter-activated carbon filter-water softener (optional)-security filter-reverse osmosis host-pure water tank-pure water delivery pump

Matching function of medical pure water system

1, variable frequency constant pressure water supply system.

2, LCD touch screen man-machine interface, text display, Chinese operation interface, remote control.

3. Realize the dynamic display of pressure, flow and water quality in a digital way on the LCD screen.

4. Long-term shutdown protection system and reverse osmosis chemical cleaning system.

5, ultraviolet/ozone sterilization, killing residual bacteria in water.

6. Water softener, with manual/automatic flushing control valve, can remove calcium and magnesium ions in water and reduce the hardness of water.

Operation flow of medical pure water system

(1) Open the main inlet valve and observe the inlet pressure gauge to ensure the pressure.

(2) Turn on the power switch and water pump switch on the main engine, and the machine will start to work normally (the flushing indicator light will light up before each water supply, and the automatic flushing will start to work normally for about 30 seconds). Raw water pump switch and high on the main engine

The pump pressure switch is always on.

(3) Turn off the power switch on the host before coming off work at night.

4. Maintenance

(1) Clean the appearance daily. Patrol the equipment operation regularly every day, and pay attention to the pressure gauge on the main panel. When the equipment works normally, the working pressure f on the panel is 0.8- 1.0MPa, and the working pressure f is 0.

About 0.5MPa, when the main engine is working, the voltmeter indicates the position of 380V, indicating that the equipment has been electrified, so pay attention to avoid danger.

(2) Add water and salt to the salt tank regularly. You must make sure that you can see the undissolved salt in the salt pot (avoid iodized salt). Record the information such as the amount and time of salt added each time.

(3) The ambient temperature should not be lower than 2℃ or higher than 50℃. When the equipment is not in use, it is also necessary to ensure continuous water and electricity supply. After a long period of water and power failure, the water preparation time should be readjusted when using.

(4) Maintenance and replacement

1) Pre-filter: replace it every two weeks or every 1 month. When replacing, turn off the power switch and the main water inlet valve first, then open the valve at the top of the filter to discharge the pressure in the pipeline, and then replace it. Replace 1 piece at a time, and make replacement records.

2) Sand filter: replace it every seven years; Activated carbon: replaced once every three years; Resin: replace the reverse osmosis filter membrane once every three years: replace it once every three years; Air filter: Replace it every two to three years.
