Chapter one? general rule

Rule number two School name: Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, translated into Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in English, abbreviated as NUAA in English. Now it belongs to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
Level and type of running a school: public undergraduate, full-time ordinary university, selected as a national "double-class" construction university, with three double-class disciplines: mechanics, control science and engineering, and aerospace science and technology.
School locations: Ming Palace Campus (No.29 Yudao Street, Qinhuai District, Nanjing), Jiangjun Road Campus (No.29 Jiangjun Avenue, Jiangning District, Nanjing) and Tianmu Lake Campus (No.29 Binhe East Road, liyang city, Changzhou).
Rule three. If the undergraduate students trained by the school meet the graduation requirements of this major within the specified time, they will be awarded the undergraduate diploma of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics; In accordance with the relevant provisions of the school awarded a bachelor's degree, approved by the school academic degree evaluation committee, awarded a bachelor's degree certificate for ordinary higher education graduates.
Article 4? The enrollment of ordinary undergraduate students in our school includes general college entrance examination, college special events, national special events, student walking, high-level art troupe, high-level sports team, art, pilots, Tibetan high school classes, Xinjiang high school classes and ethnic minority preparatory classes.

The undergraduate enrollment of this school will fully implement the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, and comprehensively measure the candidates' moral, intellectual, physical and artistic conditions in line with the principles of fairness, justice and openness, and select the best candidates.
Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities
Article 6? The school has set up an undergraduate enrollment working group, which is responsible for studying and formulating the principles and policies of undergraduate enrollment, guiding undergraduate enrollment work, and discussing and solving related issues of undergraduate enrollment. Undergraduate enrollment office is the executive body that organizes and implements undergraduate enrollment, and is specifically responsible for the daily work of undergraduate enrollment.
Article 7? Undergraduate enrollment work is carried out under the supervision of the discipline inspection and supervision department of the school.
Chapter III Enrollment Plan
Article 8? In accordance with the relevant work requirements of the Ministry of Education, efforts should be made to promote equal opportunities for regional and urban and rural enrollment. The school comprehensively considers the number of candidates, the quality of students, the employment situation of graduates and other factors in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), and determines the professional plans of various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) in combination with the actual enrollment situation over the years.
Article 9? The undergraduate enrollment plans of schools in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) shall be released to the public by the competent department of provincial enrollment examination, and candidates may also inquire on the school enrollment online.
Article 10? The school prepares reserved plans according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, and the number of reserved plans is 1% of the total enrollment plans. The reserved plan is used to adjust the imbalance of students on the local unified examination line.
Chapter four? Enrollment types and admission rules
Article 11? The school abides by the relevant bonus policy stipulated by the Ministry of Education, recognizes the national bonus items confirmed by the provincial entrance examination institutions in principle, and makes admission and professional arrangements according to the investment results confirmed by the provincial entrance examination institutions. All college entrance examination bonus items and scores are not applicable to enrollment items that do not arrange provincial and professional enrollment plans.
Article 12? The school determines the adjustment ratio according to the enrollment plan and student source of each province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government). According to the batch order, the proportion of consulting candidates' files generally does not exceed120% of the number of enrollment plans; According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, the proportion of consulting candidates' files generally does not exceed 105% of the enrollment plan.
Thirteenth candidates who apply for English, Japanese and flight technology are required to use English as a foreign language. There are no foreign language restrictions for other majors, but English is the first foreign language except Japanese after the candidates enter school.
Fourteenth flight technology majors only recruit boys according to the training needs of the entrusting unit; According to the characteristics of professional training and the actual situation of the industry, transportation majors (air traffic control and dispatch) suggest that boys apply for the exam, while girls apply carefully; Other majors have no gender restrictions.
Article 15 Our school implements the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities and related supplementary provisions issued by the Ministry of Education, the former Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation. At the same time, according to the actual requirements of professional training in our school, the following supplementary requirements are made for the physical health of candidates who apply for the following majors:
The physical examination requirements of flight technology specialty shall be implemented according to the Code for Physical Examination and Appraisal of Civil Aviation Recruiting Flight Students (MH/T 7013-2017) issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China. Combined with the characteristics of civil aviation specialty, aircraft airworthiness technology specialty and transportation specialty require liver function and color vision to be normal in all directions, and transportation (air traffic control and dispatch) specialty also requires candidates to read the E-word table above 4.0, without language, pronunciation or hearing impairment.
Article 16 According to the principle of giving priority to scores, our school arranges candidates' admission according to the results of filing (except Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region), and there is no professional grade difference. When the scores are the same, the scores of literature and history candidates (or the preferred subject is history) are compared in turn with those of Chinese, foreign languages and mathematics, while those of science and engineering candidates (or the preferred subject is physics) and those of 3+3 mode comprehensive reform candidates (except flying subjects) are compared in turn with those of mathematics, Chinese and foreign languages.
Our school adopts the admission rule of "queuing admission according to professional volunteers within the scope of enrollment plan 1: 1" for Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. That is to say, first, the candidates who have filed are sorted according to the scores. When the scores are the same, the candidates of literature and history will compare the scores of Chinese, foreign languages and mathematics in turn, and the candidates of science and engineering (except flying skills) will compare the scores of mathematics, Chinese and foreign languages in turn. After sorting, the list of candidates with enrollment plans of 1: 1 is determined equally, and they are admitted from high score to low score according to the admission rule of "professional voluntary clearing"; If there is a withdrawal, candidates who are ranked outside the enrollment plan will be admitted according to the "Mingfen" admission rules.
According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, candidates whose professional volunteers can't meet the requirements are subject to professional adjustment, and those who are in good health meet the requirements for admission to the adjustment major will be transferred to other majors, otherwise they will be dismissed.
Article 17? For the candidates in the provinces that implement the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination, the selected subjects must be consistent with the professional requirements of our school. When the school is admitted, it shall be implemented in accordance with the plans and related measures announced by the provincial entrance examination institutions.
Article 18? Art major:
(1) Only liberal arts and liberal arts candidates are admitted in provinces with liberal arts and liberal arts disciplines.
(2) All candidates who apply for music performance, environmental design, drama, film and television art design in our school are required to take professional examinations organized or recognized by local provincial entrance examination institutions and the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities in 2022. Our school doesn't organize school exams.
(3) Candidates applying for music performance major should take the unified examination of music major organized or recognized by the local provincial entrance examination institutions and pass it, and the score of the college entrance examination culture course reaches the control line of music undergraduate culture admission in their province. After entering the file, according to the provincial professional examination results, according to the provincial enrollment plan; In the case of the same scores in the provincial professional unified examination, those with high cultural scores in the college entrance examination will be given priority. When the cultural scores of the college entrance examination are the same, the candidates' Chinese, foreign language and mathematics scores are compared in turn for admission.
Candidates applying for the major of environmental design, drama, film and television art design need to take the unified examination of fine arts majors organized or recognized by the local provincial entrance examination institutions and pass it. The results of the college entrance examination culture course reach the control line of the admission of fine arts undergraduates in the province where they are located. After entering the file, according to the total score of the candidates' professional unified examination and the results of the college entrance examination, they will be selected according to the provincial enrollment plan. When the total score is the same, compare the candidates' Chinese, foreign language and math scores in turn for admission.

Nineteenth flight technology major:
(1) Candidates are required to be between 16 and 20 years old (September 2002 1 to August 3, 20061,subject to the ID card).
(2) The major of flight technology recruits high school graduates from 12 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) such as Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Anhui, Shandong, Hubei, Chongqing, Shaanxi, Shanghai and Jiangsu to take the national unified college entrance examination in 2022. The subject requirement is science (comprehensive reform of college entrance examination).
(3) In 2022, the minimum control score of flight enrollment in our school is 60% of the total score of the local college entrance examination in that year, and the original score of English single subject must reach 95 (inclusive) or above. Candidates who have passed the preliminary interview, physical examination appraisal, psychological test and background investigation organized by our school will be selected according to the college entrance examination results from high to low on the basis that their college entrance examination results and original English scores reach the lowest score. In the case of the same score, compare the scores of English, mathematics, Chinese and comprehensive (the comprehensive reform province of college entrance examination is the total score of three elective subjects) in turn. The specific application rules shall be subject to the announcement of the provincial admissions examination department. Article 20? Students' race walking, special events in colleges and universities, special events in the whole country, high-level art troupes, high-level sports teams, preparatory classes for ethnic minorities, high school classes in Xinjiang in the Mainland and high school classes in Tibet in the Mainland shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and schools.
Article 21? In the case of insufficient students in the same batch of admission control scores, our school will volunteer to file batches in order. In the case of insufficient students for the first-choice candidates, our school can accept non-first-choice candidates and select the best candidates according to the results of the bidding. If the qualified non-first volunteer candidates are still insufficient, recruitment will be carried out. According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, unfinished projects will also solicit volunteers. If the recruitment of volunteers is still insufficient, the remaining plans will be transferred to other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) with better student quality to complete the enrollment plan.
Article 22 After freshmen enter the school, our school will conduct a second interview for freshmen. Freshmen who fail the re-examination will be dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations until their admission qualification is cancelled.
Chapter V Others
Article 23? Our school determines tuition and accommodation fees according to national regulations and standards approved by Jiangsu Provincial Price Bureau. Tuition consists of professional tuition and credit tuition. Professional tuition fees are charged according to the academic year, and credit tuition fees are charged according to the academic performance of the courses actually taken by students in the academic year. At the beginning of the first academic year, freshmen are charged tuition fees in advance according to the academic year charging standard of their major, including 5,800 yuan/year for engineering, 5,500 yuan/year for science, 5,200 yuan/year for liberal arts, 6,800 yuan/year for liberal arts, and 10% for provincial superior disciplines. At the beginning of the next academic year, according to the credits actually completed by students in the previous academic year, tuition fees will be settled on the principle of refunding more and making up less, and fees will be charged according to students' elective scores in the second academic year and thereafter. Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools is 26,400 yuan/student/year in China, and the tuition fees abroad are subject to the fees charged by foreign universities. In the preparatory stage, the tuition fee of ethnic minority preparatory classes is charged according to the existing minimum tuition standard of the school, which is 5200 yuan/year. There is a difference in accommodation fees. Accommodation conditions are different in 800 yuan-1500 yuan/year.
Article 24? Freshmen majoring in flight technology study in Tianmuhu campus after entering school. Automation, electrical engineering and automation, measurement and control technology and instruments, biomedical engineering, detection, guidance and control technology, electronic information [(electronic information science and technology, electronic information science and technology (microwave and millimeter wave system and device technology), information engineering], microelectronics science and engineering (integrated circuit design), aircraft airworthiness technology specialty, all directions of transportation specialty, civil engineering, computer science and technology, information security, software engineering. Freshmen majoring in automation (avionics and control) (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools) and transportation (airport operation and management) (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools) will study in Tianmu Lake campus in the first stage, and the second stage will be arranged according to the training plan.
