The characteristics of virtual enterprise are mainly as follows:

① virtuality. Virtual enterprise has no formal enterprise name, independent legal personality, no fixed production plant and no formal enterprise employees. Its member enterprises are distributed all over the world. They communicate and contact through information technology, and regulate their daily economic behavior through contracts or contracts.
