If it is found that the leaked identity information is used to commit crimes, it can be reported to the public security organ. Identity card numbers and names belong to the privacy of citizens and should be protected, but there is no substantial harm if they are leaked. If a personal identity card is fraudulently used by others, the fraudulent user and the relevant departments should bear corresponding legal responsibilities, and the identity card itself is not responsible for its unimplemented behavior.
