I say this because I have experienced Mongolia and lived in Hohhot for some time.
Comparing the two cities, although Ulaanbaatar is small (Hohhot is also small), it is beautiful and relatively developed (developed means that the city keeps up with the trend, is innovative and relatively rich).
There are many rich people in Hohhot, but the number of people without money is dozens of times that of the rich, while Ulaanbaatar is stable at the upper-middle level and generally rich.
I must strongly declare that the quality of people in Ulaanbaatar is definitely higher than that in Hohhot.
As for happiness, I can only ask themselves, and I have no right to answer.
