In order to facilitate the smooth admission, the registration of new students is hereby notified as follows:
First of all, freshmen report for duty.
Freshmen are required to report to the school within the specified time with the "Notice of Admission for Postgraduates of taiyuan normal University" and my resident ID card, and fresh graduates are also required to bring their academic certificates and copies for verification on the day of reporting. If you cannot report on time due to special reasons, you must explain the reasons to the graduate school of our school in advance. Failure to report for two weeks without reason will disqualify you.
Second, the transfer of personnel relations and party (league) relations
1. Postgraduate freshmen need to transfer their personnel relations (personnel files) and party-mass relations to taiyuan normal University. Non-directional graduate students, personnel files must be transferred to our school before September 30; Oriented graduate students do not change the personnel relationship, but they must sign an oriented entrustment agreement. Personnel files can be submitted by bringing or mailing. 2. Handling of Party Organization Relations
Candidates from other provinces: the original grass-roots party organization issued a paper-based letter of introduction on organizational relations between party member and China. The letter of introduction of party member's organizational relationship was sent to the Committee of taiyuan normal University, and sent to XX Branch of XX College (Department) of taiyuan normal University (with the name of the party organization).
Candidates in this province: There is no need to issue a paper letter of introduction, and the party organization relationship is transferred to the whole online examination and approval.
Local grass-roots party organizations make electronic transfer in the national party member information system, and fill in the name of the target party organization in detail.

3. Handling of the organizational relationship of the Communist Youth League
The original grass-roots league organization will issue a paper version of the letter of introduction of the organization relationship of the members, and at the same time handle the online transfer in the wisdom group. Letter of introduction of the league members' organizational relationship, sent to the Youth League Committee of taiyuan normal University, and sent to the Youth League Committee of XX College (Department) of taiyuan normal University, in 2022 (the name of the target Youth League Committee is attached).
Third, account migration.
1. The household registration is voluntary, and the household registration certificate (for personal use) must be stamped with the official seal of the public security organ.
2. The household registration certificate (or household registration card) and the information of my resident ID card must be consistent with the name and other contents on the admission notice of master students of taiyuan normal University, and there can be no homophones and variants, otherwise the settlement procedures cannot be handled.

Four, graduate tuition and loan assistance
Postgraduate tuition is paid annually, with the standard of 8000 yuan/student/year. Accommodation fee 1200 yuan/student/year. Bed, wardrobe, table, chair, etc. Dormitory provides, bedding can be brought or purchased after school.
Families with financial difficulties can apply for student loans in their places of origin.

1. The file transfer letter of personnel files is issued together with the admission notice. With the admission notice and the file transfer letter of personnel files, the transfer and file transfer procedures are handled at the place where the household registration is located. 2. Anyone who is admitted as a non-directional graduate student should transfer his/her personnel file to our school before September 30th. Those who fail to transfer within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up their qualifications for postgraduate funding.
3. Candidates to be admitted log in to the research and recruitment network adjustment service system to inquire about candidates whose status is "You have received the notice to be admitted". At present, the re-examination of postgraduate enrollment in our school in 2022 has not yet ended, and the candidates who have accepted the waiting list for admission are currently in the admission state. In the follow-up audit process, if they fail to pass the examination, our school will return their personnel files to the original unit.
4. The personnel file transfer letter and admission notice of our school are expected to be sent together in June. All candidates to be admitted need to scan the QR code of Tencent Cloud document before May 30th, and fill in the Statistical Table of Mailing Address of Admission Notice of Candidates to be admitted to taiyuan normal University in 2022. Our school will mail the admission notice and transfer letter to the candidates who fill in the unified form according to EMS requirements. Please pay attention.
