According to the Interim Measures for the Management of National Teacher Management Information System:
Thirteenth teacher system should be set up at the national, provincial, city, county, school level five users of the system administrator, information administrator and information query account.
The system administrator is responsible for managing the account permissions and passwords of users at the same level and system administrators at lower levels; The information administrator is responsible for managing the information entry, review and reporting of teachers at the same level and subordinate units, and carrying out management services for system applications; Information inquirers can inquire about the basic information and relevant statistical information of teachers at the same level and subordinate units.
The school system administrator can create an account for the teachers in the school as needed.
Institutional responsibility:
First, study and formulate educational principles and policies; Draw up a draft education law. To study and put forward the education reform and development strategy and the national education development plan; To formulate policies for educational system reform, as well as the focus, structure and speed of educational development, and guide and coordinate their implementation.
Two, the overall management of the Department of education funds; Participate in the formulation of principles and policies for raising education funds, education appropriations and education infrastructure investment; Supervise the collection and use of national education funds; To manage foreign educational aid and loans to China in accordance with relevant regulations.
