I. Description of platform account
The platform account in Guangdong Province adopts the real-name registration system, and open registration is not supported for the time being. Account information is added (imported) and generated by each unit administrator. If it is different from the actual situation, please contact the school administrator to adjust and modify it.
1. Teacher account number: ID number and password: 6 digits after ID card (or 12345678)
2. Student account number: ID number and password: 12345678
3. School account number: gdxx_ Ten-digit school identification code password: AAaa 1234 (the school identification code can be inquired in the student status management system).
4. Account number of Education Bureau: org_ six-digit administrative division code password: AAaa 1234 (or 12345678)
Second, how to register without an account?
The platform is temporarily closed for registration. If teachers and students don't have accounts, they need to find the school administrator to add accounts.
If the school does not have an account, please contact the Education Bureau to create a school account. Then the school will manage the accounts of teachers and students in the school.
The account of Education Bureau has been created by Guangdong Education Technology Center.
Third, forget the password, how to get it back?
Teachers and students, if they have bound their mobile phones or email addresses, or have set secret security questions, can click Forgot Password on the login page to retrieve their passwords in any of the above ways. Otherwise, you need to find the school (institution) administrator to reset the password.
If you forget the school password, please ask the Education Bureau to reset it.
If you forget the password of the Education Bureau, contact Guangdong Education Technology Center to reset the password.
Four, the system school information does not match the actual situation, how to modify?
Enter/log in personal account, enter: account management-> Personal center-> Teaching information (teachers are teaching information and students are academic information). Drop out of school first, and then apply to join the appropriate school.
5. How do school administrators add new school teachers?
Login school account, school management-> User management-> Teacher management. Click Add, fill in the teacher information, and save to add the teacher account. The default password for the new teacher account is 12345678.
6. How do school administrators import teachers in batches?
Login school account, school management-> User management-> Teacher management.
1. Click Import.
2. Click to download the standard template.
3. According to the requirements of the template, enter the teacher information to be imported into the template.
4. Import the page, click Browse, select the template file to fill in the teacher information, and then click Import.
5. Click User Import Log to view the import results.
Note: the import function is only applicable to teachers who do not have an account, but have obtained an account but have not joined the school. If you want to join the school, you need to apply to join the new school in the "Personal Space-User Center" and wait for the school to review.
Seven, how to deal with non-school teachers?
Login school account, school management-> User management-> Teacher management. If you find a user who is not a teacher in our school, you can choose the corresponding user and click to quit our school.
Note: Quitting school only kicks the teacher out of school and does not delete the teacher's account.
Eight, batch import (new) teachers failed, prompting that the ID card already exists (occupied), what should I do?
If you are prompted that your ID card already exists during import or addition. It means that the ID card is already a platform account, and you can log in directly with the ID card without importing it again (see the platform account description for the account number and password). 9. How does the school administrator reset the passwords of teachers and students?
Login school account, school management-> User management-> Teacher management (student management): Select the teacher (student) whose password needs to be reset, and click Reset Password at the top right to reset the corresponding account password to 12345678.
X. Where can I get the class code in the batch import student template?
Login school account, school management-> Class management page can view the class code corresponding to each class.
