PS: Regular overseas labor service companies have qualifications issued by the Ministry of Commerce, and national labor services are now under the management of the Ministry of Commerce.
Matters needing attention when going abroad: 1. Don't leave your job without authorization, and return to China on schedule after the contract expires. Pay attention to safety when working and living abroad. Observe the safety precautions at the work site, pay attention to the safety of life, going out and traffic, and take good care of your personal belongings and identity documents, such as passports and work permits. 4. In case of emergency, the dispatched laborers should keep calm, contact the dispatched labor service company or the embassy or consulate of China in the host country for assistance as soon as possible, and do not take drastic actions.
During the period of working abroad, it is inevitable to encounter some problems or disputes. If the employer fails to provide living facilities as agreed in the contract, fails to pay wages, deducts overtime pay, is beaten and scolded, or there are casualties, natural disasters, wars and other emergencies, remember to always be rational and calm, and seek to protect their rights and interests through the following ways and means.
1. In case of conflict with the employing unit, it can be reported to the overseas labor service company or its local representative according to the employment contract signed with the employing unit, and invited to negotiate with the employing unit or participate in the negotiation to solve the problem according to the labor cooperation contract signed between the overseas labor service company and the employing unit.
2. Disputes with overseas labor service companies shall be settled through consultation according to the contracts signed by both parties. If negotiation fails, you can report it in writing to the Complaint Center for Expatriate Workers in china international contractors association, or you can solve it through legal procedures after returning home.
3. Major problems that cannot be solved according to the agreement can be reflected to the embassy (consul) of my country of residence for consultation or help.
4. In case of natural disasters, wars and other emergencies, overseas labor service companies and our embassies (consulates) abroad will take the initiative to help you and do their best to ensure your life safety. We should actively cooperate with the rescue work of relevant parties and obey their rescue arrangements.
