When you arrive at the bus station, you can buy a bus ticket from Dajiangkou. Generally, you can take a bus from Huaihua to Xupu and get off at Dajiangkou. The fare seems to be around 20 (an open price). The road is terrible. It takes about 2 hours to get to Dajiangkou.
