(nine) other matters involving the interests of the residents of this community and the general concern of the residents.
Forms of public affairs:
(a) in the fixed community affairs public column, the public items will be announced one by one, and set up a suggestion box;
(two) announced by holding community residents' meetings, residents' representative meetings or democratic hearings, but it shall not replace the publicity column.
(three) through the community website timely release procedures, convenience service guide, store rental information.
Third, the time when community affairs are open:
(a) Usually four times a year, especially in the first month of each quarter.
(two) the following matters should be made public regularly:
1, the term goal and annual work goal of community cadres were announced at the beginning of the year, and the completion results were announced that year;
2, the regular revenue and expenditure of community finance is published once every quarter;
3, family planning related birth policies are permanently open all the year round, and the results of birth examination and approval, actual birth results and unplanned birth are published once every six months;
(3) The following matters shall be made public at any time:
1, residents' minimum living allowance approval application;
2. Special care and relief funds and materials;
3. Other matters that need to be disclosed.
Four, the community government affairs open procedures:
(a) the community neighborhood committee according to the actual situation of the community, in accordance with the relevant requirements of laws, regulations and policies, put forward specific plans for community affairs;
(two) the community affairs public supervision team to review, supplement and improve the program, submitted to the community party committee and residents' committee for collective discussion and determination;
(three) the community residents committee announced in a timely manner through the form of public affairs column; And establish public files for future reference.
(four) after each public affairs, should listen to the residents' reflections and opinions, timely explanation and reply. What the overwhelming majority of residents disapprove of should be corrected.
V. Supervision of community affairs:
(a) elected by the community residents' meeting or the residents' representative meeting among the community residents' representatives to form a community government affairs publicity supervision group, which will work under the leadership of the community party committee and be responsible for the whole process supervision of community government affairs publicity;
(II) Responsibilities of the community government affairs publicity supervision group: carefully examine whether the contents of community government affairs publicity are comprehensive and true, whether the publicity time is timely, whether the publicity form is scientific and whether the publicity procedures are standardized, and report the supervision to the community residents' meeting or the residents' representative meeting in time;
