App, the national government service platform, is a mobile phone client officially built by China government service platform. Sponsored by the State Council General Office, operated and maintained by E-government Office of the State Council General Office. As the general hub of China government services, app has played three major roles: public entrance, public access and public support. The app provides "seven unifications" support services such as unified government service portal, unified government service item management, unified identity authentication, unified electronic seal, unified electronic license and unified data sharing for government service platforms in various regions and departments across the country. It has realized four functions, such as supporting the operation of a network, gathering data and information, realizing exchange and sharing, and strengthening dynamic supervision, and solved outstanding problems such as difficult information sharing, difficult business coordination and insufficient basic support in cross-regional, cross-departmental and cross-level government services.
