Students will apply for a refund if they meet certain conditions within the time stipulated in the contract. If they are absent from school for no reason for more than 7 days, Ruibo Education will review them according to the conditions agreed in the contract and relevant policies, and refund the advance payment after passing the review.
2. Flexible refund policy: Students can apply to Ruibo Education for canceling courses or changing class hours due to special circumstances. After the audit, Ruibo Education will give students a full or partial refund according to the actual situation. This flexible refund policy reflects the humanized service of Ruibo Education.
