Unsubscribe step

● Enter the "Watch" application in the mobile phone, pair the iPhone with the Apple Watch, and enter "My Watch"-"Cellular Mobile Network";

● Click on the right side of "China Telecom" and select "Manage China Telecom Account";

● Enter the interface of China Telecom's eSIM No.1 dual terminal service unsubscribe, please enter the ID number and telephone service password bound by this machine, and touch "Next" to continue. If you repeatedly enter the wrong password, your account will be locked for a period of time. Please try again later.

After waiting for the verification information to pass, enter the confirmation unsubscribe page, prompting you to unsubscribe from the No.1 dual terminal service. The unsubscribe process takes about 5 minutes. Click "OK" to close the acceptance page;

● Enter "My Watch"-"Cellular Mobile Network". At this time, "Unused" will be displayed above the words "China Telecom", indicating that the dual-terminal service of 1 has been unsubscribed. (If you unsubscribe successfully, you will receive a short message from China Telecom. )

Matters needing attention

● If the unsubscribe fails, you can know the reason why you can't continue to accept the unsubscribe business according to the prompt information. If you encounter problems in the process, you can try to restart the process. If you can't continue after retrying, you can contact the local China Telecom customer service phone for details.

● If you click "Delete China Telecom Package", you can only delete the eSIM card in your watch, and you will not unsubscribe from the dual-terminal service of China Telecom No.1. Unless there are special circumstances, please do not manually click "Delete China Telecom Package" when the service has been opened, which will cause the eSIM card to be deleted without unsubscribing from the service. If you accidentally click "Delete China Telecom Package", you need to re-enter the open page and switch to the unsubscribe interface, so that you can re-open the existing subscription information first.
