Where is the first suite certificate opened?
Because only the Housing Authority can view the property registration files, the first-time purchase certificate needs to be issued by the property registration department of the Housing Authority. To issue the certificate of the first suite, you need to bring relevant materials to the property registration archives of the property rights market management office. The process needs to go through four steps: reservation number, inquiry, payment and stamp.
Proof process of opening the first suite
1. Make an appointment
When making an appointment, you need to bring the following materials:
Original and photocopy of my ID card.
Inquiries should be made on a family basis, and 18 or above and 70 or below need to be present in person, and can't act as an agent, and a notarial certificate is required for acting as an agent);
Step 2 investigate
When inquiring, you need to bring the following materials:
(1) ID card: original and photocopy of ID card.
(2) Household registration book: one original and one copy of the home page and my page.
(3) Certificate of household registration book for collective households, one original and one copy each, and one original and one copy each of the household registration book for minors;
(4) The original and photocopy of the marriage certificate;
(5) Single (widowed, divorced, unmarried) requires the original and photocopy of the single certificate issued by the civil affairs bureau where the household registration is located.
Inquiries should be made on a family basis, and both husband and wife can do it on their behalf, and no one else can. Only a couple can handle it.
3. Pay the fee, and stamp it after inquiry.
Matters needing attention in opening the first suite certificate
1. If it is a rural hukou, then the first suite certificate must also issue a rural hukou;
2. The certificate of the first suite must be issued by the Housing Authority at or above the county level. If it is a rural hukou, it can also be opened in the village Committee, and then stamped by the relevant departments in the town, and finally stamped by the county;
3. The first suite certificate issued must have the organization code of the local housing management department and the contact number given to you by the first suite witness, and then the accepting department will call to check;
