Ingredients100g Lentinus edodes
500g chicken.
20 pepper
2 fennel
1 ginger
Onion amount
3 cloves of garlic
25 ml soy sauce
20 ml cooking wine
5g sugar
10g salt
Steps/Methods Wash and chop the chicken and put it on a plate for later use.
Wash the mushrooms and cut the big ones.
Shred ginger, chopped green onion and sliced garlic. Prepare anise and pepper.
Add salad oil to the pot on the fire. Add star anise and pepper and stir-fry, then add shredded ginger, chopped green onion and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant.
After frying the above seasonings, add the chicken and stir fry. Add cooking wine and continue to stir fry.
Add soy sauce, sugar and mushrooms when the chicken is fried until it becomes discolored, and stir well. And add some water (preferably stewed chicken).
Stew the chicken until it is 8% cooked, add salt to stew until cooked, and collect the juice over high fire.
Note: put the salt later, it is not easy to stew the chicken too early.
