What are the cancellation procedures for private non-enterprise units?
The procedures for cancellation of private non-enterprise units are application, acceptance, examination and announcement. When a private non-enterprise unit cancels its registration, it shall provide an application for cancellation of registration and report it to the competent business unit for review. Provisional regulations on the registration management of private non-enterprise units
Article 5 The civil affairs departments of the State Council and local people's governments at or above the county level are the registration administration organs of private non-enterprise units of the people's governments at the corresponding levels (hereinafter referred to as the registration administration organs).
The relevant departments of the State Council, the local people's governments at or above the county level and the organizations authorized by the State Council are the competent business units of private non-enterprise units within the relevant industries and business scope (hereinafter referred to as the competent business units).
Where laws and administrative regulations provide otherwise for the supervision and management of private non-enterprise units, such provisions shall prevail.
Article 8 To apply for registration of a private non-enterprise unit, the following conditions shall be met:
(a) approved by the competent business unit;
(2) Having a standardized name and necessary organization;
(3) Having employees suitable for their business activities;
(4) It has legal property suitable for its business activities;
(5) Having necessary places.
The names of private non-enterprise units shall conform to the provisions of the civil affairs department of the State Council, and shall not be preceded by the words "China", "National" and "China".
Article 4 The establishment of a private non-enterprise unit shall apply for registration in accordance with the following industries:

People's Republic of China (PRC) labor contract law
Article 2 Scope of Application This Law is applicable to employing units, enterprises, individual economic organizations, private non-enterprise units and other organizations (hereinafter referred to as employing units) in China to establish labor relations with laborers and conclude, perform, modify, dissolve or terminate labor contracts.
