After adding water, it can be restored to the state before freeze-drying and maintain its original biochemical characteristics. Therefore, freeze-drying technology has been widely used in medicine, food, chemical industry, biological products and other fields.

Freeze-dryer has four configurations (all with pre-freezing function):

Ordinary type-pre-frozen and dried materials;

● Cover type-pre-freeze and dry penicillin bottles filled with materials. After drying, the bottle cap is closed manually in vacuum, which is equivalent to vacuum packaging;

● Multi-manifold common type-materials are pre-frozen in special bottles and connected with the freeze-drying hood through rubber valves. In the freeze-drying process, drying bottles made of different materials can be replaced at any time by switching valves;

Multi-manifold capping type-the pre-frozen penicillin bottle can be freeze-dried and capped, and the plexiglass cover can be used to hang the drying bottle to improve the freeze-drying efficiency;

I. Characteristics and technical indicators

(5) With the function of pre-freezing, put the stainless steel tray filled with materials on the pre-freezing rack, put the pre-freezing rack into the cold trap, cover the heat preservation cover for 4-6 hours, and then dry it. The pre-freezing function saves the time and cost for users to put materials into the low-temperature refrigerator;

(6) The machine uses a vacuum pump to prevent oil from pouring, thus avoiding sudden power failure of materials.

(1) Check whether the air dryer is normal (such as whether the main power supply is connected, whether the vacuum pump is connected to the vacuum tube of the main engine, whether the vacuum pump power supply is connected, whether the vacuum pump oil is above the center line of the visible liquid, and whether the sealing ring is clean. )

(2) Turn on the main power switch, click the screen to enter the main interface, click the compressor button in the lower left corner, and click Open. The compressor will start for about 90 seconds, and wait for more than 30 minutes for the cold trap champion to be completely pre-frozen.

(3) At this time, you can put the material on the pre-freezing rack, then put it in a cold trap for rapid pre-freezing (the thickness of the material does not exceed 10mm, and the pre-freezing time is 4-6 hours), and cover it with a heat preservation cover. If pre-freezing is not needed, you can skip this step. Note: If the material thickness exceeds 10mm, the freeze-drying time will be longer.

(4) Take the pre-frozen tray out of the cold trap, quickly put it into a clothes rack, put the clothes rack above the cold trap (there is a movable clothes rack base above the cold trap), and cover it with an plexiglass cover, and the lower end of the cover should completely contact with the O-ring; Note: Vacuum grease should be applied to the groove and sealing ring before starting. At this time, you can take off the cover directly and start vacuumizing, otherwise the vacuum grease will be smeared for a long time and the frozen sample will melt.

(5) At this time, check whether the bleeder valve on the right side of the fuselage is in a deflated state, and vacuumizing is not allowed in the deflated state. If the vacuum head is plugged in, please press the stainless steel button of the vacuum valve on the right side of the main engine to make the valve core pop up (it is closed at this time), and then press the panel vacuum pump to open the keyboard and turn on the vacuum pump. A single pump is not directly connected to the vacuum pump of the host power supply, so the pump needs to be turned on and off manually. At this time, the vacuum of the control panel cannot be used; After 30 minutes, it fell below 15PA.

(6) 1, common type
