6. Some outlets have problems of cross delivery, multiple records and unclear requirements. Outlets sell goods at high prices and sell goods at low prices, and individual township finance offices have not strictly fulfilled the regulatory function of issuing subsidies for home appliances to the countryside according to regulations.
