Job description:
Responsibilities:
1. Use Baby Tree's massive maternal and child behaviors and content data to build a unique big data product for the maternal and child industry, and provide the most intimate content and product services for users with different gestation stages and different needs;
2. Analyze data, discover potential laws, and make product and business insights;
3. Cooperate with product, operation and sales departments to promote and optimize the data decision-making process;
4. Conduct demand analysis, modeling and experimental simulation of data mining models for specific businesses such as user characteristics, demand, behavior analysis, activity and marketing activities on a regular basis.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in statistics, econometrics, mathematics, data mining and other related majors;
At least 2.2 years data analysis experience in Internet companies, and experience in e-commerce data analysis is preferred; Experience in data analysis of consulting company is preferred;
3. Proficient in SQL, Hive, Spark and Presto, able to use R/Python for data cleaning and analysis;
4. Skillfully use any data analysis and mining software such as SPSS, SAS and R; Master BI tools such as Tableau is preferred;
5. Have a deep understanding of principal component analysis, factor analysis, classification and clustering, correlation analysis, regression analysis, time series model and variance decomposition;
6. Have good business sensitivity and excellent data analysis ability, be good at communicating with internal and external cooperation teams, and have excellent reporting and communication skills.
