Open education is a new form of education with the development of modern information technology, and it is the main means to build people's lifelong learning system in the era of knowledge economy. Compared with closed education, it has the following characteristics: students and learning are the center, not teachers, schools and teaching; Take all kinds of teaching and learning methods to cancel and break through all kinds of restrictions and obstacles to learning. Although I can't fully adapt to this new teaching mode at first, its benefits are obvious to all. For example, open education has certain autonomy in course selection and media use, and students can also decide their learning methods, learning progress, time and place according to their own needs; Multimedia teaching materials and modern information technology are used in teaching.
The most striking feature of open education is that autonomous learning is the mainstay, supplemented by face-to-face tutoring. This feature shows that face-to-face tutoring only plays the role of counseling, fully exercises students' autonomous ability, and can also learn with the help of some modern means.
Let me talk about my autonomous learning plan:
First, first understand the teaching plan and the courses you need to take for your chosen major. Among them, there are about 10 compulsory courses and no more than 3 restricted courses set by Central Radio and TV University. These courses are compulsory for me, and I must complete the concentrated exercises specified in the teaching plan. Besides, I have to attend the compulsory courses offered by provincial TV universities. The credits of the above courses usually add up to less than the minimum graduation credits, so I will take some courses you are interested in from the implementation of the teaching plan, and I can also take some public elective courses, professional elective courses or interdisciplinary elective courses offered by Central Radio and Television University and provincial radio and television universities.
Because I have enough time to study hungry and have confidence in the courses I want to take, I set myself the goal of taking three or four courses each semester, so that I can graduate within the specified time or ahead of schedule. Open education courses should be rolled out every semester, and teaching and examination services should be provided. Therefore, some courses are more difficult, so we have to consider extending the study period.
Second, make a personal study plan. I will pay attention to the opinions of my tutor when making my personal study plan. The tutor is more familiar with the relationship between the course and its previous revision and follow-up, and can provide me with guidance on the schedule of course selection, making my personal study plan more reasonable.
Handle the contradiction between work and study well, because I have a fixed job and my spare time is limited. So I want to make good use of this time to study. I tried to arrange it for a week and found that I could squeeze in a lot of time. Next, I drew up a weekly study schedule for myself, and scattered my study every day of the week. Although I have arranged a study schedule of not less than 20 hours, my life in a week is basically unaffected, but the schedule is relatively compact. This scattered arrangement is not too hard and is conducive to maintenance.
In addition, we must develop the habit of autonomous learning. It is not enough to make a plan without sticking to it, so I set out to cultivate the habit of autonomous learning from the following aspects:
(A reasonable allocation of daily learning tasks
1, reasonably plan daily time.
2. Act according to the established timetable.
3, instant review
(2) Take the temperature of yourself and others frequently.
1, get into the habit of taking notes
2. Keep proper rest and exercise.
3. Make full use of the learning resources of the course. The learning resources provided by RTVU include: syllabus, assessment notes, text textbooks, audio-visual textbooks, CAI courseware, online tutoring and teaching information, classroom live broadcast, VBI teaching information, etc.
In addition to the text teaching material is the main media of the whole content of the systematic learning course, other media must be selected as the auxiliary media of the learning course. I chose the following contents according to my learning needs and conditions of use:
Audio-visual teaching materials are generally "few but fine", focusing on key points, difficulties, ideas and methods. There are some learning contents in the textbook. When I can't understand them clearly through the text textbook, I may need to watch the teaching video or VCD related to this content, or listen to the recording of this part.
At present, there are several kinds of CAI courseware, such as self-test connection, simulation experiment, analysis of important and difficult points, etc., which are generally developed by using multimedia technology to stimulate students' various senses in order to achieve better learning results. So I also choose to use CAI to help me check, review and consolidate the learning effect.
The characteristics of live classroom, network and VBI teaching resources are fast updating and timely information transmission, which can basically provide students with necessary learning information and guidance simultaneously. I will watch and browse regularly, so as to adjust my learning progress and strategies in time.
Textbooks are the most basic learning media, and also the link between other media and learning resources. Nowadays, more and more text textbooks combine the main teaching materials and counseling materials into one. This kind of teaching material not only teaches knowledge systematically, but also reminds me to pay attention to and think in time in key and difficult places, or reminds me to link this knowledge point with previous knowledge and experience, or gives tips on ideas and methods, which is more convenient for self-study.
In addition, we should actively participate in group learning, exchange learning experience, exchange learning methods and skills, exchange learning information, listen to the first tutorial class, concentrate on thinking positively with the teacher's ideas, try to judge what the teacher is teaching, take notes in class, do our usual homework and complete the concentrated practice.
The above is my self-study plan, although there are still many shortcomings, but with this plan, my study will have a direction, and I will improve this plan more and more in my future study life to make my study more orderly.
