1, hardware facilities
The school has two campuses, Haidian, Beijing and Zhuozhou, Hebei, covering an area of 630 mu and a building area of 345,800 square meters. The school library has more than 900,000 paper books and 0/0.5 million electronic books.
2. Teachers.
The school has 570 faculty members, including 368 full-time teachers. Among the full-time teachers, there are 53 professors and 0/09 associate professors, accounting for 53.82% of teachers with doctoral degrees.

Research Group of China Institute of Labor Relations
The school vigorously develops scientific research and think tank construction. It has a number of academic research platforms, such as the National Trade Union Research Association, the China Workers' History and Present Situation Research Association, the China Trade Union Labor Relations Forum, seven school-run research institutions, such as the Great Country Craftsman and Labor Model Research Institute and the Belt and Road and Labor Relations Research Institute, and 19 school-run research institutions, such as the China Workers' Development Research Institute, forming a research team with outstanding research capabilities and great social influence.
Academic research on working class and trade union theory, labor relations, labor law, labor economy, occupational safety and health, and labor education is at the leading level in China.
The school actively promotes the construction of new think tanks. With the mission of "serving as an official, enlightening people's wisdom, respecting labor and caring for students", the Research Institute of Labor Relations and Trade Unions focuses on major issues, serves the national strategy, produces high-quality research results by editing dynamic briefings, writing consulting reports and publishing blue books, and provides intellectual services for relevant decisions of the Central Committee and the Communist Party of China (CPC).
